As we learned from the branch manager, our agent trains the other agents - and if this the case, they should be answering to the state for fraud many times over. Our agent typed up our listing agreement then went home and altered it by hand without our approval and locked us into 6-months of representation when all we agreed to was to help us sell our house for the purpose of buying one other home in particular. When that fell through, we asked to cancel the listing and se told us we didn't need a cancellation form. That's when we realized she had lied to us all along. And she also wrote that she had a right to commission from anyone who came to look at our house that could potentially buy it within 365 days after the end of the contract!! We contacted her local real estate board and found out that was outlandish, the normal amount of time is 30-60 days. We learned the hard way. It took nearly a month to finally settle with the John Aaroe Group and they never even cared to reply to the BBB complaint we filed - actions speak louder than words my friends. Find another agency.

Or whomever they represent. But how can they do this fairly when representing both parties? Impossible. We were told a young couple was buying one of the homes. It's now been renovated and resold for almost double what the seller got for it. While still legal, being a dual agent is HIGHLY unethical. These broads stole from my family, hundreds of thousands of dollars, on multiple occasions. They disgust me. Stay away, or lose your money. You've been warned.
