Both were good, but the fact that the choices were pretty limited, and a bit of shakiness apparently due to new ownership keeps 7th St Bistro at 3 stars. The stencil on the window said desserts too, but due to the new ownership, they hadn't brought in baklava or any other dessert options as of my visit, which disappointed me :(
