Not overly impressed. I had the Orange Chicken bowl with fried rice. Really over cooked chicken and the fried rice was paste. Service like McDonalds, ambience consists of a menu board, hi rise bar tables, one regular table, very sticky, self serve drink machine. Needs help or it won't be there very long. This place was amazing. I wanted some real food real quick and they delivered. Ordered and 5 mins later it's bagged and handed to me. The food was delicious. Never had chicken so tender and flavorful. My husband had to send me a video to find out how they do it. Veggies were crisp but cooked to perfection. Fried rice excellent!! Maybe paid a little more than I wanted to for what I got. My wife and I paid $30 for the 2 of us. The dining area is smaller-occupation size of 22. They were playing music (Gangnam Style, Daft Punk) a little louder than was comfortable when we were sitting in the dining area. Overall we were satisfied. read more

im So angry and disappointed in this new restaurant. I ordered lunch online and found it confusing, two simple bowls for pick up and you don't really find out the total price till the end, when the order was completed I was being charged over 40.00 and change. I had mistakenly added a tip for the total amount of the bill. I called in right away and was told all would be resolved as I did not intend to pay a tip for a pick up order. When I drove to pick up I again asked for a corrected receipt and was told manager was out but that they remembered my call and showed me a stack of receipts the manager would fix later. Credit card bill arrived weeks later and no refund was issued. Must also say the food was under cooked and the chili spice too strong. Live and learn, I wont be back. read more

I usually don't leave reviews but for the health and safety of others I thought it important. I ordered the spicey chicken and the chicken was raw. I had put it in my mouth and chewed and immediately realized it was raw and spit it out. After the manager verified the chicken was raw they asked me if he could make me something else and I declined. I said I want my money back. He quickly went to the register and "gave me a refund". I put "gave me a refund" in quotations because this was over a week ago and I have yet to see a credit on my card. I've enjoyed teriyaki madness in the past but serving raw chicken to customers is a huuuuge red flag. read more

This is my second time eating at this Japanese restaurant. The first time, the fried rice was very oily and had no seasoning. I assumed the food quality was because I had ordered late.
