I got a call from Sandra saying it had to be rescheduled because of the rain. So, she scheduled it for Saturday, today, between 8a-10a. My husband called me at work and said no one had shown up. So I called Sandra and she told me she wouldn't have rescheduled the Termite Inspection because the rain didn't affect that, and that Cody was running behind for the mosquito treatment. I said, 2 hrs behind and no one calls to let us know and she said we'll I can't help that. So, she basically called me a liar and didn't reschedule the service that I had been told would take place on the initial visit. Of course I canceled the service immediately. Knowledgeable and professional, they instilled complete confidence from the first visit. While reassuring us as homeowners that things could have been a lot worse, they educated us about bats' protected status and why having bats around (just not in our attic) is a good thing to keep down the mosquito population. They also sensitized us to the health hazards posed to humans by bat guano and explained the hospital-grade disinfectant CWH uses once they replace any impacted insulation. Jesse and his colleagues came up with a detailed estimate for materials and labor and a timeline to "exclude" the bats humanely, as well as a quote for an alternative bat box to be installed on our property.
