Struggling to give 2 stars…read more Pros: Property is in a good location. Right off the highway, close to everything you need and complex is brand new. Landscaping is beautiful and well taken care of. Staff is always friendly. Cons: Noise: Apartments have very little sound proofing. We hear everything from our neighbors. One night, it was a frustrated gamer upstairs and sometimes in the morning the neighbor adjacent to us, says very loud self-affirmations. Once you sign the lease, you are locked in and are agreeing to any noise disturbances. If we had known how bad the noise was going to be, we would have not rented here - although it was much worse when there was a lot of construction. Internet: We also had internet issues lasting for a couple of days. Mainly with our MACs not being able to connect to WIFi any time there was a power outage and the internet was rebooted. These were not hardware issues, these were related to the service (I work in I.T.). We were provided a link to access our internet account but there is no way to reboot/restart your internet which often solves issues. We would have to call the support number who could never resolve our connectivity issues unless someone came "on-site". I work from home and run a digital business so not having consistent, reliable internet impacts my income. Security: Some buildings have working gates with codes and some units either don't have gates or have gates that aren't working. This includes parking gates. We're not too concerned with working/non working gates except we have had issues with package deliveries. If security is a concern, then you may want to double check the gates in your building. Although, it always seemed odd to have some areas of parking gated while others were not. Move Out: We are currently trying to get our final move out statement adjusted. We only lived in our apartment for a little less than a year so there was very little "wear and tear". Upon move out, we cleaned our apartment thoroughly and was surprised to receive charges for carpet cleaning, paint and general cleaning. They sent a picture which was a "dent" in the carpet from where my desk was so my guess this is what they are charging for. Also, for the fridge, my guess is they are charging for the water in the fridge. Note that we received pictures about a month after we moved out and during that time, there was a hurricane so this could be from the loss of power, we're not sure but we cleaned the fridge. We're also being charged for the hard water stains on the water dispenser as well as in the sink. I attempted to use CLR, comet and other agents to clean the hard water stains but nothing worked. We have a video and I will be sending it to the apartment complex because after reviewing and inspecting our video, some of these pictures don't match. Either way, they are basically charging us for general wear and tear. Deliveries: 90% of the time, delivery drivers couldn't find our apartment or assumed because there were gates, that they could not access our apartment. The gates don't work. While packages can be left at the mail center, it's a pain when you are waiting for food or groceries. By the way, your packages are sometimes left on the mail table and not a locker.

They are friendly, courteous and respectful of all of the residents needs. They conduct fun neighbor gatherings and just make sure you are happy in the community! Next up is maintenance!! Tommy and team are fabulous! Very friendly and treats you like a friend. Honestly to talk to him you would thing you have known him for years! I'm convinced he never meets a stranger and he is always quick to respond to the work orders! We highly recommend this community and everyone is so nice!!

They got rid of major things like nightly security, the morning cleaning crew, pool and lawn maintenance and general upkeep. The Boulevard was beautifully maintained before and had gorgeous flowers, bushes, trees and lawn. Now it's dried out and unkept. Because of the lack of security, more random people and teens are using the pool and amenities all hours of the day/night. Using the grill areas are now disgustingly dirty. No one cleans the tables, chairs, surface areas or changes out the trash cans. This also includes the gazebo, pool and pool bathroom areas. They are so dirty. Most of the "luxury" amenities are broken most of the time as well. This includes the inside lap pool (if that's what you call it), car wash hose, car vacuum, and inside amenities such as ac not working for a month inside our apartment! We moved out once we saw the increase in rent by hundreds of $$ a month, plus adding mandatory cable/ internet, parking, doubled trash pick up and a much lower standard of living. The Connor Group is the absolute worst. Read reviews on all of their properties also on the Better Business Bureau. Do Not rent anywhere that this group owns. You'll save yourself a lot of grief and money.

The manager stated that she should eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. They now are in the process of painting the building (AGAIN) 3 times in three years. It's a beautiful shade of slightly darker blue now. I suppose it's camouflaging the (CRAP) this place truly is. So, if your looking for glam on the outside sprinkled with disrespectful management, inside appearance that falls apart and you love overpaying for your home for status reasons. This is the place for you. Stay out of the pool and don't ask for any maintenance or assistance and you will be fine.

The apartments are decent, and exactly what you'd expect from a slightly older building run by corporate entities and a bottom line. Nitpicky details: If there are broken rules that impede on the convenience of the staff, it's addressed in a lengthy email. If the only ones bothered are residents, they don't do much. My primary example is pet waste. People just leave dog poop everywhere and I can't even use my porch on a windy day because it just smells like old, hot, poo from all the pet waste people don't pick up and the office doesn't address it.

i was scheduled to move into a bigger unit. after I have packed and scheduled movers the office…read morecalled 12/26/2024 to inform me of the resident not moving. the office should not inform anyone of an apartment available until the residence has moved out, not when they give their notice. money greedy!! so now they have inconvenienced me with stacked up tubs ready to be moved. i would not refer anyone to these apartments. they never have their crap right and it's always an issue with something. i have scheduled my surgery around this move, and i do not appreciate their carelessness. the only reason i was staying and moving to a bigger unit is because the rent was a little cheaper than others. i'd rather pay more rent and be happy than continue to go back and forth with this office/company. another review with pictures coming soon once i have moved.

They are all very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Dan, Travis and/or Greg are always happy to answer any questions I may I have, in fact on one occasion they were fixing something in my apartment, and I had a concern about something unrelated to why they were there and they happily addressed it. I am truly impressed with Dan, Travis and Greg and I'm appreciative and grateful that these 3 men are taking care of the property I live in. I believe we should come together as a community and put together a collection to give them a Christmas bonus via the tenants; it would be well deserved. Thank you so very much I tried to make a second review, but I can't so I will add to this one. I also would like to acknowledge Abigail and Lea, the women running the office. I email them a lot and stop in with questions often; they are both more than happy to help me however they can. Both Lea and Abigail are always very kind and patient with me. I always leave the office with all the information that I need and/or want, and Abigail and Lea make it very clear that if I need further help or information, I am welcome to come back. I am a person that if I see something, I say something and I sometimes feel that I'm bothersome however Abigail and Lea make me comfortable and encourage me to continue to inform them of anything because, as they have told me sometimes some things can get missed and it's important to them to keep our grounds safe and clean and that's very important to me . Thank you again for providing such a wonderful staff. Please understand that I fell on hard times last year which is when I moved into Weston Oaks and it has not been easy for me on many levels which is why it's so important to me that I'm surrounded by so many kind, patient, compassionate and helpful people running where I live.
