Before dinner even started, they surprised us with a complimentary bowl of their seasonal Gabacho soup. Light, refreshing, and bursting with fresh flavor, it was such a thoughtful touch and the perfect way to begin the evening. Then came the seafood soup. I was torn between several options, and I am so glad I followed my instincts. It was one of the top 3 soups I've ever had in my life. Tender shrimp, succulent fish, sweet shellfish, and a silky coconut broth that somehow felt both comforting and elegant at the same time. Every spoonful made me slow down and savor the moment. For our mains, I ordered the Duck and Annabelle chose the Sirloin. Both were beautifully prepared, perfectly seasoned, and paired with potatoes that were cooked exactly the way potatoes should be. Crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside. I also ordered a side of potato leek gratin that absolutely stole the show. My daughter's steak arrived a little more rare than she prefers, and the staff graciously took it back and brought it out again cooked perfectly. Service like that says a lot about a restaurant.
