I brought my phone to this store in 2021 due to a cracked screen. I know I should have brought it to Apple, but I didn't think I wanted to pay the money. After getting my screen replaced, I then had to go back the next day because the screen wasn't secured into the phone and apparently the glue didn't set all the way. Fast forward a hear and a half and my Face ID randomly stopped working and my front camera only works in portrait mode. I went back to the store and they check it out and after looking at it they tell me they can't fix it. They also tell me there is no record of me at the store or in their files. The workers were super nice and honest. I tell them I can live without the Face ID and the screwy camera and I don't want to do the repair work for $250. They give my phone back, after opening it to check it out. I get home and now my sound is completely muffled. Time to go back for a FORTH time for one problem. UGH. Nice people, but I will find elsewhere to go where they know what they're doing from now on. read more

So I have mixed feelings about my experience here. First off the signs posted all over the store say quick service while you wait most repairs done under 2 hours. That's just not accurate here. I visited them Sunday afternoon and was told by the girl who greeted me that #1 they didn't have the parts for my samsung galaxy AO2S (their supposedly a Samsung authorized dealer cough cough) so she told me they will order it and I could come back Monday to fix my broken screen. I was assured that all said and done including tax would only be $129.00. Well guess what came back Monday was told oh you have to drop your phone off we are very busy and with tax it will cost $141.00. Not happy but left it. Wednesday I come back to pick it up they can't find it then they do and say oh we forgot to do the samsung test has to pass or we can't check the phone out WTF. Hour and half later past closing time they are done and have the wrong protective case on my phone They finally put mine back on. I don't know what their problem is but I'm keeping my eye on my phone for any issues. I can't really recommend them. Seem like a bunch of idiots read more

I walked into the store because my Galaxy Note 8 was having problems with the charging port. Lenny helped me right away and explained everything to me. Terrible!! Dropped my phone off for 2 hour screen repair, shop closed an hour later. No call, no text. Drove there to find printed note... "unexpectedly had to close"! Note: had time to print note but not call me. Matt (owner) never called, did not answer his phone. 27 hours later after numerous no answers, he picked up and hung up. Called from another phone... he cheerfully answered!! When i told him who i was he said things happen.. (no details) claims he wasn't in the day before... he was..I handed him my phone!! Nerve wracking experience. Would not recommend. Unless ofcourse you don't need your phone. Worst customer service ever experienced. Thought I'd have to Get police involved. I had an iPhone 7 that needed a new charging port and a new battery randomly.. it wasn't prepared for the issue. I drove there on Sunday at 10am like the hours said on Google but.....the front door said they were closed on Sundays due to the pandemic..that was a full waste of time! Ended up going back the next day at 10am when they opened and the guy at the front desk said he basically couldn't help. The charging port is "too difficult to change and comes with a lot of issues in the future", they didn't even have the part to fix it anyway and he mentioned it would cost $100 alone for just the charging port replacement....may I add the ubreakifix website SAYS they fix iPhone 7 charging ports so lol ok. He also mentioned the tiny cosmetic chip in the corner of my screen that is usually covered by a phone case (but the phone case was off which is why he realized it) and told me if i went to Apple they would make me replace the screen...like that had nothing to do with the phone battery. I've had that cosmetic chip in the corner of my phone for years it's so tiny..it's completely harmless. Such a waste of time to even mention it when I came in for different issues. He suggested I either go to another ubreakifix location or go to Apple/get a new phone.....Not the news I really wanted to hear. The guy at the front desk was really nice, I do appreciate him saying it in a nice way but it really just sounded like he didn't want to be bothered. I went to "ifixscreens" in Deer Park instead and the staff there was SUPER nice, had the part in stock and replaced the charging port AND a new battery within an hour for HALF THE PRICE!!!!
