Had problem with my PC and brought it to the store for inspection (only $50). Told them to give me the cost before any repairs. Called multiple times asking for the price but they said they were still doing the diagnosis. A Week later, they told me it's been fixed without giving me the price and the price was unacceptable. They threatened me to sell my PC if I don't pay. read more

If you need computer help, call Mindset. Kris is so helpful and willing to work with you. Understanding, knowledgeable, honest, professional and reasonable. My computer was completely done. Stuck in a loading and blue screen cycle. He was able to back up my data and get me back up and running in no time. Updated my hard drive and my computer is even better than before!!!! My MacBook has been so sluggish, I've been holding off on upgrading simply because I'm not a fan of the new models so I brought my macbook to Mindset Computer Repairs which was recommended by a friend. Met with Kris and he recommended \ upgraded me to a solid state hard drive and 16gb memory from 4gb. The service was fast service and the price was reasonable. My Mac is now 1000% faster thanks Kris! read more

Then one day after, the speakers, and microphone were disconnected of the computer. I called him again,and he told me his price was again $ 350 plus taxes. So, it is difficult to pay $ 800 dollars for a job that is done in one hour and 5 minutes. I understand inflation is high but there should be some kind of consideration with the customers. In any case yellow pages advertises the charge of $150 per hour, and that does include the commute of the technician to the site. In conclusion I got another technician who came to add the speakers and microphone to my computer in 15 minutes, he charged me $140.00dollars. I do not recommend this busines.

If I talk to a sales rep and give a specification, they communicate it directly to the tech team and let us know if something technical will impact the final product. Also, their website is really user friendly for a small business. I was able to submit artwork for remittance envelopes online, and someone called me right away after I placed the order to follow-up and make sure the specifications were correct. I can also do all proof approval online for free. Their pricing is very competitive from what I have seen, even compared to our staples business account. They diagnosted it to be a bad mother board and processor. I told them to go ahead with the repair. They ordered the parts, and it was a couple of weeks, and the parts never came so Asad had some time, and he repaired the motherboard by replacing some components which he tested to be bad. Identifing and replacing components is a difficult task, I know because I have been in IT most of my career. So kudos to Asad. He was very patient and never gave up on my repair and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend uBreakiFix for all repairs. Now I know where to bring my devices if needed.
