I received a pitiful arrangement with one lily and 7 white roses in a small vase. I called Naugatuck Florist and left a message, but they did not call me back. I had to go out and purchase more lilies, greens and vase for over $30 and redo the arrangement. Luckily, I had the arrangement from Naugatuck delivered to me. Had I not done that I would have been mortified and so embarrassed when I arrived at the funeral. I learned a valuable lesson and am writing this review so others won't be as disappointed.
