We stopped cause we thought it was a pilot. It lives up to its name; it was terrible, with no good coffee, no creamer, or good chips and limited bread selections. I used the restroom, and it smelled dirty. And to top it off the gas was more expensive than in Cali. Oh wait but we got free coffee for the purchase of gas. That's the one star. read more

Bought 3 snacks and a donut. total was $31.47. They screw you by not putting the price on snacks and they didnt ask if we wanted receipt. we got a reeses fast break bar, nerds gummy clusters, and freeze dried icecream sandwiches 2in one bag. Luckily the donut had a price that was visible which was $2.49. If you do the math, they are overcharging for one thing, which had to be the icecream sandwiches subtract the price of the donut 2.49the estimated price of the nerds $6 and resses $3 that leaves us with almost 20 dollars for the bag of icecream sanwiches. Ask for a receipt if you go here. But the bathrooms were pretty nice but not the nicest ive seen. read more

But their social media receptionist/secretary, Kaylee answered me with an angry and horrible attitude, then blocked me from commenting any further on any of their terrible herbst facebook pages! this Kaylee should be fired for venting such unprofessional behavior toward their customers, not to mention their loyal gamblers! the owners need to fire Kaylee unblock me and let me post comments again as well as repost all of the the comments she removed and update everyone! what kind of business or social media secretary blocks their customers from commenting or removes comments/reviews from their facebook pages or social media accounts!? The Herbst family should be ashamed for hiring such a rude secretary to handle their customers/loyal gamblers! As for their hotel/casino in Jean, NV! The pandemic is over! The owners need to renovate and reopen the former gold strike/Terrible's hotel & casino in Jean, NV ASAP! Or if profitability ir hiring help is an issue, sell the shuttered property along with the surrounding land and gas station to a future casino/real estate developer that has the $$ and is more customer/gambler friendly ASAP! read more

Can't believe they charge $4.59 for regular gas here. Then I went inside and paid $4.95 for a bag of Fritos. To make matters worse, the attendant ignored me when I was standing in line. I will NEVER go there again! They're just ripping off everyone heading back to California after the weekend. Shame on them! I wish I could give them no stars. read more

The store is closed from 12:00 am to 3:00 am it is now almost 4:30 am and the store is closed. They get 1000's of drivers a day and you think that they could at least be open on time. I think the person that is on the store should get fired for not paying attention to the hours of the store. I bet you anything that person fell asleep and doesn't care that there are people out side that either need a receipt or that they want to get a couple of things before they hit the road. Most of the fuel sales are from big rig drivers. We are the biggest part of this acconomy and without us this store would even survive. We bring the things that this store needs. Without the big rig drivers this store wouldn't have anything. So the least that they could do is be open when they say that they would be open. I would not recommend going to this store especially the truck drivers. We as truck drivers give them the best is sale with our fuel purchases. It is sad that we have to wait and see if they are going to open the store. Us as truck drivers are on a time limit we don't have the time to sit around and wait. If any one knows the new phone number to this place can you please post it. Thank you plus their bathrooms are disgusting they look like they haven't been cleaned in months I think the health department should come to this place and do an inspection or they should just close this store down.
