Maverick is great. All locations are good. This one while you're sweetheart is running you on some errands around LV. Exit 8 in Arizona when you're riding out to St. George. It's just an easy rest stop for women, in my opinion. -No code needed for the bathroom. -Bathroom is always clean and easy to find. -Bathroom has paper towels and Dyson hand dryer. (Having both is very thoughtful.) -Easy access ATM. (High fees if you don't have reimbursement.) -House brand water: 2 for $3. -No gaming. -Always convenient to a freeway. -Well lit at night. I gas at Costco, pretty much exclusively, to avoid the nonsense of a gas station. The ladies know what I'm talking about. Leaeing men with parking lot hellos and let me hold the door this and that - when we just want to do the chore and split....so, I don't have any comment on that part. I would use Maverick gas over others on a road trip because of all the ease of use features I listed off. read more

It's easy, put receipt tape in the gas pumps! There's only two things that are annoying at the gas station, when you have to go pay inside and after you get done pumping you can't get a receipt. read more

I don't know what is going on at this location, yesterday tried to get a burrito special, I was told, they are out of tortillas?? and are looking for a new supplier.. Grocery Store, Duh!! Go in today, same issue, plus today they have no ice because their soda machine is down. I go to ask for some ice to make an iced coffee, no we don't have any, but we have bags of ice for sale.. Really why not open a bag place it in your kitchen and offer it to guests that need ice for their drinks.. If this location wasn't so close to work, I wouldn't even stop here.. I am surprised at the average 3 star reviews given for this gas station. Lots of pumps available that are wide and spacious between each other. As i walked inside to grab some snacks and drinks i was immediately greeting by the cashier even while he was there talking to someone else. He acknowledged customers. Great start already. They have alot of selection of snacks and drinks. They even have their own hot food stand (see pic). My must haves that they got at this gas station is my small cylinder ice cubes. Best of all, you can be your mixologist here. I was having so much fun with their fresh grinding coffee machine for the freshest tasting cup of coffee. There are so many syrups and flavored creamers to suit your palate needs. At about $1.50 for a medium, i won't complain. They got regular roast, super caffeined, decaf and my favorite dark roast. Their bathroom isn't big with only 3 stalls which is main issues for travelers but its super clean. So, will definitely make sure to find a Mavericks for all my stops from now on whenever possible!! First time coming here, wanted to finally visit a Maverik gas station since they'll be rebranding my beloved Kum & Go's in Iowa. I was not impressed with this location really. Can't log into my account, can't upgrade, can't receive help from customer no service, never paper for receipts at the pump. restroom are dirty, smelly. store is a wreck. unfriendly employees. This place is pretty well kept when it comes to cleaning and customer service. Well lit in a safe area and the pumps work fine. Plenty of snacks, alcohol, fresh made food, and some essentials like first aid, feminine hygiene products, car fluids, etc. Sometimes they do be having low/no stock on the bottle and fountain drinks. This is a bright gas location. There are about 20 pumps. Be aware that there are 2 Mid Grade (unleaded 89 and unleaded 90). Gas buddy does not display the price for the higher Midgrade unleaded 90 gas price. The gas pumps looked newer. The cashier on duty was OK. The bathroom for men and women are clean. No "Hello," "Thank you," or any other remotely friendly greeting from the female working right now(2:35pm, 2/19/19). She actually proceeded to chat with the other employee the whole time, and not acknowledge me buying gas and a jerky. Then stated, "You're set," while not offering a receipt or a Thank You. Sadly, this is a 4-5 Star gas station, with a different employee at the helm. Clean bathroom, cheaper fuel than most other places, and great selection of groceries, from candies to sandwiches. A great neighborhood gas station. They have enough pumps here, where there are no lines. I find this gas station to be really clean. Even their self serve window cleaner are always full with clean soapy water and full of paper towels. If needed this location has a full convenient store. If you belong to their loyalty program, you can get a $.02 discount each time filling up. After collecting 500 points, you can exchange it for a $5 gift card. read more

I had the worst experience at the location. I purchased items using my Apple Pay (which the store claims to accept) after purchasing my items, I proceed to walk out and the Clerk named "Theresa" yells for me to come back because my card was declined (which it wasn't) I was charged 13.79 for my which shows up as taking out from my Apple wallet from the store location. I show Theresa my phone showing her my Apple Pay went through and that it wasn't declined she keeps Insisting that it was decline in front of customers. I repeatedly told her that it went through as I was showing her my phone. She took my bag with the items I purchased away from. This Maverik is one of the most well organized, cleanest gas station stores in town. The guys that work here are always so nice friendly. I love their milk shake machines. So many flavors to choose from!! It's located on Bermuda and Cactus... not so convenient but if you live in the neighborhood it's a must stop!! Just like the one I used to go in Idaho... As far as convenience stores go Maverik has always been tops. They are always clean and friendly. This one is no exception. No matter the time of day I come in, the store is clean, bathrooms are clean and the store is brightly lit. The employees are always super nice. And, since it's nearly a daily stop, every time I walk through the door the staff always greets me like Norm from Cheers. It's really a quite rare experience. They even know my brands and have it ready for me when I hit the checkout line, and that's dang awesome. I signed up for Maveriks Nitro Card, which essentially links your debit card to their loyalty card. The real benefit of it is $.06 off on gas , and right at the pump it searches for the cheapest gas in the area and matches it. I've gotten $.15 off per gallon of gas. Pretty sweet. The owner of this gas station is very dishonest. I believe it's a trend at Maverik as they report the wrong fuel prices on the gas buddy app. I recently reported accurate fuel prices in a few minutes I saw it was changed by the owner to a number that was $.14 less than the price. i am a regular customer here and this is the first time i have EVER received horrible service from this place. usually, the employees i interact with are kind and provide great customer service, but tonight was nothing short of horrible. the large lady with RED dyed hair was rude and raised her voice all because i accidentally tapped on the wrong drink option at checkout. instead of kindly helping me, i was greeted with hostility and a handful of attitude thrown at me. i will no longer be coming here during the times she is working. read more

For the most part this location is convenient and usually pretty fast as far as service goes. I don't know what has been happening the last 6-8 months but the quality of "customer service" has severely gone down. I used to love walking in here because all the employees were super friendly and sincere about it. Now, most of the employees look like they want to kill themselves and the sincerity of their customer service is lacking. So this gas station just opened up near my house several weeks ago. They had a great grand opening where the gas was $2.91 per gal, they were giving away free food, snacks, drinks, and a hot air balloon ride! The staff were very friendly and excited to be open. When they broke ground I could hardly wait and let me tell ya when dinner was covered, at a gas station, of all places I was a happy camper. They also offer a Maverick card where you earn points for every dollar spent at the gas station and if you uses the card at the pump you get a couple cents off of the gas price. You better believe this is where I'll be gasing up and fulfilling my munchies as they have a variety of cookies (2 for $2.22) that are soft and tasty as well as a variety of pretzel type dogs that are pretty tasty as well! read more

I went to go get gas and it automatically took $51.10 out of my bank account and the cashier told me to call the manager in the morning. How about take my info down and YOU call ME! And I drove home and refreshed my bank app and the money was back. They need to have a better system. It cleared out all the money in my checking. Used to go here all the time for coffee before work and because of how friendly everyone was. Today, the cashier was wearing sunglasses with no smile or greet, and he said maybe two words to me and "thank you" was not part of it. Hope he wasn't the manager. If he is, that bar is set pretty low. Their drink selections are always great here, gas at fair prices, and food is pretty decent (some a little greasy but oh so good). Used to walk to 7-eleven as a kid to buy my lemon heads, Boston beans, bubblegum and all the other junk food...now I walk to Maverick for my coffee and its great selection of strengths & flavored creamers. I love Maverik. It reminds me of my home town. They've been doing a lot of construction here lately makes it a little bit difficult to get in and out. But I'm sure it's for the better. I usually stop in for a quick breakfast, especially for the tornadoes. They don't always have food ready but they would prepare it if you asked.
