I've always been skeptical of chiropractors, but when my lower back started giving me a lot of issues, I decided to try out Shropshire Chiropractic to see if it would help. After an initial exam where my range of motion was tested and I was asked about the locations of my discomfort, they recommended I do a little bit of trigger point therapy and spend some time on their roller table. I was also given some pointers on stretches I could do at home and alterations to my sleeping habits that would help to improve my pain. It seemed to be much more conservative, but also thought out, than the typical "chiropractors crack your back" type reputation. While I was skeptical, I noticed that the work did help and I felt better. It became a tool in my arsenal to keep myself healthy and happy. The office is easy to find just off F street, immaculate inside, and kept quiet for patients in the various rooms. The staff is super friendly and remembered me after my first visit. An extra bonus that this office has some evening hours so that I didn't have to take off work. I billed through my insurance and had no issues. Scheduling of appointments was done with ease, and I was always asked if there was anything new I had questions or concerns about. Long story short, if you're experiencing discomfort and want to give some chiropractic care a try, this is a great office with welcoming staff. read more

I really enjoyed going here until after covid began. I did not return until today due to immense pain. Dr Shropshire was on maternity leave so I cannot speak on her personal practices. California is requiring masks outside of the home. Medical professionals should be adhering to this, period. None of the staff wore masks and so anxiety set it. I asked the stand in chiro if their staff tested negative (which is pointless since they interact with patients all day). She said "oh I'm required to wear one, yet she was not wearing one. When I asked why and that it made me uncomfortable she said, she needs to be able to talk to patients. I was talking to her with a mask on she could clearly hear me. She could clearly hear me, so that argument is a tired one. Again I said I prefer to be safe, ignored me then asked "oh did you have covid?" As she aligned me I was shaking and nervous and so disappointed medical workers do not care about the safety of their patients. I have also attached their sign that signs are "recommended but not required", again not one staff wore a mask the entirety of my visit. I live with my older father and am concerned for his health. I do not think I will be returning. Very disappointing. read more

Having worked and played hard in life for the majority of my 51 years. I can honestly say that I have a lot of back problems, neck issues, the whole spine. That's where Dr. Kristal comes in, this very kind and caring person provides the care and treatment that will help you continue in life. This facility also has top of the line equipment to aid in your treatment. The lovely staff in the front, are quick and very courteous as well. An old friend recommended Dr. Shropshire. Could not have been more pleased with the experience. The very helpful staff got me in on short-notice before a long holiday weekend. The massage therapist was very attentive to an acute pain I was experiencing. Dr. Shropshire did a very thorough initial history and assessment, then explained everything she was going to do and why. Following a very good adjustment, she demonstrated some stretching exercises to help relieve the problem area and then had me go through them to make sure I was going them correctly. I recently started seeing Dr Shropshire due to pregnancy induced sciatica and upper back pain. I got in to my initial appointment very quickly, and she was very kind, patient and thorough. The office is beautiful and clean. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to see Dr Shropshire and they have never been over booked. Dawn, who works in the front office, is very sweet and accommodating. I often see Dr Shropshire in the front office as well, and if Dawn is on the phone with a patient or speaking with one in person, and another patient calls or needs an appointment scheduled before leaving, the Dr will answer the phone or schedule the appointment herself. It is obvious customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to this Dr and her staff. My sciatica was gone within a handful of visits, and my upper back pain greatly improved. If I ever need chiropractic care again, I would not hesitate to come back here, and I will refer everyone I know to Dr Shropshire! read more
