I know these guys well. I hired them several times to help with junk removal, demolition, and finally at the end of our "relationship" to help load my Penske truck to move out of state. Some of it went okay. Where things went south is the help loading the truck. I've thought about this long and hard. I have valuable stuff missing. I've waited over a year to post thinking maybe I was wrong. And maybe I am. I'm just going to state facts. No accusations. A little background first. Port Angeles is "different". It's a beautiful town in a beautiful part of the country. But there are issues. Drugs, alcoholism, and hillbillies. The latter seem harmless at first until you begin to understand their lifestyle. Fact is they would steal from you in a heartbeat and think nothing of it. It's their culture. They live in filth and their values don't match those of most people. Port Angeles is full of hillbillies and Terry & Sons are in that category. With that out of the way let me just state what I know. On moving day they didn't show up. After I called, two of the clan came out to their credit but I wish they hadn't. It was Pop and son. Hillbilly Sr. was mostly in the truck arranging. I asked him many times if I need to get more blankets please let me know. I need things protected for the drive. He said no each time. Once I arrived at my destination I found he wasn't using blankets. Just cramming stuff in. A lot of my stuff was damaged because of that. To this day I find things that make me shake my head. Stupid things. I'm not going into long detail to keep this post a reasonable length. This is in addition to the damage by incompetent loading. Here's the big thing and I'll end with it. On loading day hillbilly Jr. comes to me with my gun safe which I keep under my bed. I'm like "cool, thanks" and put it in my truck. It wasn't until after the move I realized my $400 collectable dagger, which was right next to the gun safe, is nowhere to be found. It's gone. And I started thinking "well where could it be?" I've gone through every single box, every single possible place it could be and it's gone. And then I start thinking "well why didn't he present that to me when he presented my gun safe to me?". No stars for these guys. I hired them to remove a large pile of brush. They showed up in a van, then went off to try to rent a trailer large enough to do the job. An hour later they returned without the trailer because non were available. They had failed to reserve one. Next, to try and get some work done, they got out the chain saws. They would not start. They rescheduled me for a week later leaving me with the mess for another week. They never showed up and did not call me to let me know. They claim to have left a voicemail which I never received. I love these guys. I got more for my buck than you can imagine. I had a rental house that I thought would never be habitable again. Jim and his family went through the house, removing disgusting trash and cat damaged carpet. They cleaned up the yard, finding and exposing sidewalks, raised plant beds, and a patio I forgot existed. They did the very best they could to clean cabinets, etc. Only so clean that kind of filth will come. They impressed me because I know paint will fix the rest now. Oh, yeah...they even cleaned behind and under the stove and fridge. Now, let me tell you...I thought that floor would never come clean! You want hard workers at a more than reasonable cost, call them. I would definitely use them again. read more

Terry and Colin were great. I needed a lot of stuff hauled away as well as a "clean up" of an old building. I could hardly walk in there with the musty smell and when they left, it was clean and smelled clean! They were easy to work with - they came when they said they would and got the job done. read more

I used these guys and called up on short notice and they had 2 guys come out and unload my 26 ft uhaul truck into a storage unit. They showed up on time and had the job done in just shy of 3 hours. I would highly recommend them . read more

I hired them to pick up and haul a heavy piece of furniture from Seattle to Port Angeles. Jim was very nice on the phone and gave me a fair price. He was flexible about scheduling a day to pick it up. When they arrived I was pleased to see that they had wrapped up my table in furniture blankets and strapped it into the truck securely. They brought it into the room without a problem. I would recommend them if you need help hauling anything. read more
