I received a voicemail from the woman working at the All About Storage letting me know that they wouldn't be open on Sunday and could I make arrangements with her to pick up the U-Haul on Saturday afternoon? No, I couldn't, I wasn't in Sequim until Sunday. I thought "Office Hours: 8am - 5pm Mon-Sat, 9am - 4pm Sunday, Except certain holidays", which is clearly stated on their website, means that they'd be open on Sundays from 9am-4pm. Since when is June 2 a holiday? So after spending 4 hours running around Sequim and Port Angeles trying to find a U-Haul, we were finally able to leave town. But the lack of professionalism at All About Storage left me with a very bitter taste for them.

He is thoural and will do his best to get you what you need for a reasonable price. My next interaction with Scott was when my machine stopped working in the middle of a rush. If he couldn't get them there, then he would get me the most reasonable deal on the next upgrade.
