I contacted him on Sunday in January that it was spewing out 30 to 100 gallons of water per minute for 30 minutes. He responded immediately and extracted hundreds of gallons of water from the building. What a blessing to help minimize the destructive power of water. His office manager, Judy, for the past 21 years, has been a great delight to work with because of her professionalism and cheerful demeanor. It all started out great...Talked to a lovely gentleman on the phone and made my U-Haul…read morereservation. I asked, "are you open on Sundays?" He said, "yes, I work M-F and someone else works Sat-Sun." Excelent, reservation made, done. Not so fast. I received a voicemail from the woman working at the All About Storage letting me know that they wouldn't be open on Sunday and could I make arrangements with her to pick up the U-Haul on Saturday afternoon? No, I couldn't, I wasn't in Sequim until Sunday. I thought "Office Hours: 8am - 5pm Mon-Sat, 9am - 4pm Sunday, Except certain holidays", which is clearly stated on their website, means that they'd be open on Sundays from 9am-4pm. Since when is June 2 a holiday? So after spending 4 hours running around Sequim and Port Angeles trying to find a U-Haul, we were finally able to leave town. But the lack of professionalism at All About Storage left me with a very bitter taste for them.
