Their friendly staff and accommodations do everything to make you as comfortable as possible. They have Netflix available on a tv above the doctors along with headphones to drown out the sound of your teeth bones being ground out of your skull. They even have massagers in the chair! The very next day it started hurting like nothing you've ever seen. Couldn't sleep, couldn't eat, just hell. Just money hungry with poor performance and wisdom. Of course they want you to get the expensive crown done, just to line their pockets. Even if there is no world where a crown is the right decision for your case. They make you sign a heap of forms, containing therein a clause that states that no refunds are offered, even in the case of dental error on their part. Terrible placement and setting of this crown!! I was in 10/10 pain for a whole week, crying every night! I went back in and all they did was shave my crown and my real teeth above??? It didn't solve a damn thing! I eventually got sick of waiting in pain and had to get it pulled at a surgical dental clinic because of course, they can't remove their own shit work. I asked for a refund, but it seems they KNOW how bad their own work is because apparently in the contract I signed, refunds aren't allowed!! Which is super shady, considering most clinics will at least partially refund work if THEY MESSED IT UP!!! Such a miserable experience, and a waste of at LEAST $800! If you value your money, your sanity, and your teeth... DO NOT COME HERE!!! After all this was said and done, before I could drop them as a clinic, I receive a letter in the mail in which they say they're dropping me as a client because the "trust was breached"!!!
