For several years I was filing my own taxes online due to having bad experiences with certain places. However, this is not the case with Kathy at Nguyen Luminary Group. A friend suggested this place to me and my experiences were all positive. Professionalism: Upon meeting Kathy and having her explain to me the process, I immediately felt at ease. She's courteous and informative.She kept it simple and did not bother to use big jargons like some other places do. Knowledge: I have heard of several horror stories of people being randomly audited (a friend included) and so I attempted to ask her a few questions about tax audits, and the IRS. She answered all my questions with confidence and I felt reassured that even if I get randomly selected, I won't be in trouble.
