My attorney, Ramy Joudeh, pressured me to settle for way less than what my case was worth and told me not to go to court. Then he left the firm, and no one took over with any real care. I was left confused, unsupported, and in the end, I got a tiny settlement -- with extra fees taken out that I never agreed to. I feel completely taken advantage of. However, without any notice or explanation, my case was reassigned to a new paralegal and attorney. Since that change, the quality of service has drastically declined. Communication is extremely poor, calls go unanswered, and I am left in the dark about the status of my own case. There was no transparency about the switch, and I was never given the opportunity to ask questions or consent to the change.
