I've used numerous transportation services and this is hands down the best. They were prompt and on time, offered water, had a good conversation and were very professional and courteous. Will definitely use them again, I mean who wants to pay $30 a day at LAX for 5 days??? I'd rather spring for a nice ride and not have to worry about paying for parking and driving at odd hours. These guys came thru for me again. I've used them several times since my last review. I was in a pinch so I called these guys and they remembered me, so I didn't feel like I was just any customer, told them what was going on. He told me he would see if he could move some things and accommodate me and he would call me back. Within 10 min I got a call and Tes-Lux was coming to the rescue. These guys go above and beyond. Tes-Lux was absolutely terrific, especially Henny! I work in PR and had a press event where I needed 22 different rides to set up coming from LA to Irvine, in and around Irvine and Irvine back to LA and all my press had nothing but good things to say. Not only were they impressed with the beauty of the Teslas Henny had but they were impressed with his other luxury vehicles. It's not just his cars that are impressive though - the customer service and professionalism surpassed all my expectations and that of my guests. He worked within my budget and was totally on top of it all. He even called out a couple of mistakes that I made on my scheduling sheet.
