It's an Tesco Express, and for what it offers for a neighborhood, it's very reasonable - however, it isn't that much of a stretch to go to City Centre and go to Sainsbury's (which has way more variety, at better prices for most things) or even to Aldi, which is infinitely cheaper but less consistent in what it offers.
Why should you go here? 1) you're staying in the neighborhood and want someplace reasonably inexpensive to offer some essentials (body care, food, snacks, liquor, cat food) and can't make your way (or don't want to make your way) anywhere else; 2) you like Tesco's as a brand; 3) price-compare, which is what I did.
