Hi End was $20-$30 cheaper then the rest and they use Viper products not the generic remote starters. They have been the driving force behind my trucks transformation. They made me a custom Grille, lifted my suspension as well as installed sport shocks to help absorb the bounce a truck has with Boston potholes. They armor lined the bed of my truck and went out of their way to find me the best deal on rims and tires. I honestly love this shop, The guys are very easy going and easy to joke with. We recently had an unusual -- but finally very satisfying -- experience purchasing a car there. In May we saw a like-new low-mileage late model car there that we liked, and on May 30 I signed an agreement to purchase it. They said that they were awaiting the title for it, since it was a trade-in, and expected it momentarily. Unfortunately, "momentarily" turned into several weeks. Every couple of days we and they spoke or emailed, only to find that the title still had not arrived. We were all understandably frustrated with the delay. Eventually Steve found that the loan payoff for the previous owner had not been handled correctly, and the bank (in another state) would not release the title until the issue was resolved. Correcting this extended the wait even further. Finally, the title arrived, and we came in on July 17 to complete the purchase, register the car and get its plates. Everything went smoothly until they tried to process the registration, at which point the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles/RMV system was down. It was a Friday (and Massachusetts), so it remained down for the rest of the day. Rather than leave us stuck, they arranged for us to take the car with a dealer plate and return once the RMV system was working. It was back up on Monday, and we were then able to complete the registration and get our plates. There were several more loose ends. The car lacked floor mats, so they ordered them; they arrived in August. The owner's manual was in French, so they ordered one in English; it just arrived. The second key needed to be reprogrammed; they took care of it. Christian and Steve handled the entire ordeal well. They were always responsive, appreciative of our patience, and good-humored about a series of problems that were largely outside their control. Most importantly, they took responsibility for getting every issue resolved rather than passing along any problem, regardless how small, to us. They and Rashka even went through the many obscure controls with us and paired one of our phones with the car's Bluetooth. By the end, they had taken care of the title, registration, plates, floor mats, owner's manual in English, and second key. Buying a car shouldn't normally be this complicated, but Christian and Steve consistently did the right thing and followed through professionally on every problem and detail. We appreciate their patience and persistence, and would absolutely recommend Boston Motor Sports.

I love my Alfa and I'm glad I chose Boston Motorsports. My advisor was friendly and efficient, and obviously knowledgeable and passionate about Alfas. I needed some routine services performed and had several minor warranty issues with my 2022 Stelvio Veloce. Everything was expertly addressed in a few hours and the experience was completely hassle free. I had my chill dog with me and the waiting area felt a bit compact, so we took a walk. There is a public bike path, a bridge over the Charles, a shaded park/reservation area, dog park, and shops and restaurants all within a relaxing 10-20 minute walk. If you own an Alfa in New England, 10/10 this is the dealership to go to. Perfect experience. Lots of fun things to do nearby Cambridge/downtown Boston if you want to make a couple days trip of it!! Update: After owning a 2022 Stelvio Veloce for six months I upgraded to a 2022 Stelvio Quadrifoglio. Although the owner Rolando specializes in diesel vehicles, he works on cars as well. The shop and customer area were clean and organized, which made me comfortable right off the bat because no one likes walking in to a gross mechanic shop where you are afraid to sit down or touch something. I took my 2002 car in since it didn't seem to be driving properly. It would shake when driving, had a small oil leak in the engine and a speedometer that would stop working at a moments notice. I explained this to the owner and within a few hours, on a holiday, I received a call explaining what work needed to be done on my car and what the expected cost would be. He prioritized the work that needed to be done immediately, for safety reasons, and what could wait for a future visit. This was great as my budget was slightly limited. It also made me feel like he cared more about my safety and fixing what was wrong than my money. Overall I would highly recommend New England Turbo Diesel!

Thankfully, the team at 1st Class Auto Body in East Boston came to the rescue. After the damage was appraised, I brought my vehicle to them for repair. They were reasonably busy and had to order parts to replace the damaged components, but I just picked it up and it looks absolutely beautiful. You'd never know it had been in an accident! I can't praise them enough. They kept me informed throughout the entire repair process with regular updates, which gave me great peace of mind. As an added bonus, they even cleaned the interior of my car before returning it. Between the flawless repair work and the attention to detail, my car looks and feels brand new.
