I am travelling across country from the east coast and was referred to Matt by O'Reilly's Auto Part…read moreto assist with battery replacement for my Mercedes Sprinter van. On that day, Matt quickly arrived, assessed the problem and replaced the battery. He was personable and his charge was reasonable. During conversation, I learned that Matt would also be able to purchase and program a key fob for my van. We discussed price and timing for this service, and as he requested, I paid him up front via Venmo $287.54 for him to purchase the fob. The plan was to reconnect several days later after the fob arrived for him to program the fob to my van. On the expected date, 8/28 Matt let me know he would prefer to meet on 8/29. On 8/29, Matt let me know that the fob had not arrived, and in addition, his phone was broken and worked only intermittently. He texted to say he would meet me in Estes Park once the fob arrived to do the programming. I sent Matt a text on 8/30, 8/31, 9/2 and 9/3 as well as left a voice message. No response. On 9/4 I let him know that I sent a Venmo request for him to reimburse me for the cost of the key fob. On 9/5 I spoke with O'Reilly's and was told they had seen Matt who had a new phone. I finally heard from Matt on 9/10. He stated he has the key fob and would meet me in Estes the following day. On 9/11 I asked for time confirmation and he responded he had just left Glenwood and would arrive 5-5:30pm. He never showed up. On 9/12 after several texts, he finally got back to me saying he would refund my money. To this date, 9/15, he has not responded to me, nor refunded my money. Matt may be a decent mechanic, but he is also a scammer and a thief and takes advantage of honest, trusting individuals. What a shame.

I received a call from her because she was concerned about the condition of her car. She was close to Glenwood Springs so I searched service centers and Simply Auto's good reviews I called them asking if they could look at her car if she came in. Although really busy they took the time to run a diagnostic and assure her ( and Dad) that her car was fine. And they checked her tire pressures before she left. Of course they didn't charge her. If I lived anywhere near Glenwood Springs I would never bring my cars anywhere else. Character and empathy is important in life and business. I urge the Glenwood Springs residents to reward their character to give them your business

They recommended not driving it! I called Simply Auto, as I was very happy with Simply Euro with my Sprinter Van last year. Simply Auto said drive it over, but not on the interstate. They fit me in immediately, and we walked home (2 1/2 hrs in 97 degree heat). When Ride Glenwood no-showed to bring us back to Simply Auto before they closed, they came and picked us up so we could have our car for the weekend. They caught us up on neglected maintenance that our former shop had never told us we needed, did a multi-point inspection (you guessed it, which our former shop doesn't do), and suggested suspension work that we could put off for a little while. My 2010 Prius with almost 250,000 miles on it lives to see another jaunt, and along with me, it appreciates the respect and great service at a reasonable price!! You guys rock! I'd be a fool to go anyplace else!

But from the moment I contacted SimplyEuro in Glenwood Springs, I knew we were in good hands. Kate and Julia kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I never felt out of the loop. Cody, the mechanic, was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Even when we ran into countless issues with tow companies, the staff stayed patient and accommodating. I was a nervous wreck, but they helped ease my stress with their compassion and professionalism. While we waited, we stayed at the Hotel Maxwell Anderson, which was wonderful--and the coffee shop inside the hotel was amazing! Glenwood Springs itself is a beautiful town, and despite the chaos, we found comfort in the people and the place. I can't recommend SimplyEuro enough. The entire team was incredible. I came in as a customer, but left feeling like a friend.

I brought my warranty vehicle in for an oil change and "one hour" of diagnostics after a CEL popped up. A week later, I was told they needed $1,500 of "exploratory work" just to figure out if parts were parts and they did in fact, need to be replaced... I asked for the techs notes... I do not think their email works...... but their billing links sure do! I left with: - A $500 bill - A tow to another shop - A cracked windshield that magically appeared while it was in their care The only thing they diagnosed with confidence was my decision to reconsider visiting again. If you're thinking of leaving your car overnight... don't worry, I already tested that theory for you.
