Took the RV out for Easter and hooked it to pressure regulated water to find ice damaged pipes in two separate locations! Arrived at Miles to get an insincere "Sorry, it must have slid through the cracks." Not interested in the least in taking accountability for their incompetence and ineptitude!! If you are looking for a company to purchase/repair your RV, go ANYWHERE else except here. They are only interested in selling you and then moving on!!

After more than 24 hours of being stuck at a truck stop and unable to identify the problem and get it fixed, we were approached by a "Good Samaritan" who referred us to Riverside Trailers & Truck Beds. They were quick to identify the problem and make the repair (a brake wire had come loose inside the drum and was pinched between the magnet and the drum) for a very reasonable price. We were back on the road and our RV vacation was saved. I can not say thank you enough to Riverside Trailers & Truck Beds! Highly Recommend!!!

Once they arrived we set a date and they installed both In two days. Reasonable price for the work that matched Jay's estimate, considering a few extra hours that were spent on both units due to unforeseen issues. The original Norcold absorbtion fridge was replaced with a Dometic 12 Volt compressor unit. With the temp control set at the middle of range, the refrigerator cooled down to 35 degrees F . The noisy original Dometic AC was replaced with an Gree Eco-Cool AC/Heat Pump unit. New unit is as quiet as stated in reviews. Looks good, slightly taller outside than the Dometic.

If I could convince everyone to go to this store, I would. The manager, Matt, was SO kind, helpful and generous with his time in the midst of running this busy store. I came in needing a blinker and was from out of state and a little nervous about getting this done.. little did I know the blinker holder thingy was broken, not the actual bulb. They easily swapped out the blinker after I got the wrong one and then SUPER GLUED MY BROKEN BULB HOLDER TOGETHER. I clearly have little knowledge on car jargon lol. But how nice are these folks?!?! A mechanic happened to be in the area and dropped everything to come over and help and wasn't afraid to get the job done right there in the parking lot.
