Many of them sound very reasonable over the phone, but when talks continued and details are revealed the information that started out was slightly deceptive. I didn't expect anything different from Miller's RV, but the salesman Trey sounded very honest and accommodating, so discussions continued. Several dealers had the unit I wanted, a Thor Scope 18ZS but there were always "add on's" and surprise fees as I got closer to a deal. With Miller's RV the discussion never changed. What they listed was what you got. That settled it for me. I traveled 1200 miles to make the deal. Being so far from home, I was a little nervous as I had committed myself and was at their mercy. When I got to Miller's the experience could not have gone better. The unit was clean, prepped and ready and their shop guy Pete was down to earth and explained every detail about the unit systems and maintenance etc. He was a wealth of knowledge. Best of all, during this whole process there were zero surprises! They went out of their way to make things easy and pleasant. They even surprised me with a $100 store credit after all was done so I could have supplies and anything I needed for my ride home. Miller's RV is a class operation.

We live in Pitkin, a small town that's about 45 mins from Alexandria. While on my way home my car started dinging telling me it was running hot. I was in a drive through line and I immediately turned my car off. Once I placed my order and it was time to drive to the window where you pay, I cranked my car and drove to the next window. From that short drive it was running hot again so I killed it at that window. Once I got the food I cranked it and drove quickly to the parking lot next door which was a Family Dollar. It was pouring down rain and the parking lot was wet. I couldn't really get out and see if any hoses were leaking because I wouldn't be able to tell what was rain water and what was leakage. I googled and found a mechanic 5-6 miles away. He talked to me for awhile as I tried to explain where I was. Being from out of town I had no clue. He told me next to the Family Dollar Store was Louisiana Transmission. I walked over and he told me talk to Mr. Ed. I walked over and spoke with Mr. Ed and the many on the phone, the other mechanic actually got on the phone and spoke to Mr. Ed. Mr. Ed came over in the pouring rain to check my car out. He was so kind and checked it out throughly. After it cooled down he got some water in it and told me to drive it to his shop. He and his guys checked all of my hoses and topped of the water and sent me home with a container of water just in case. During my 3 hours there I overheard your technician say I broke something twice. Being who I am I wasn't too concerned as long as the car functions. Also It seemed the technician was under stress. So I was being kind and patient. Even blocked out more time from work so he could take his time. Then another technician gets there and things get rolling. Great. He got me set up and I left quickly to go directly to work. Getting in my car the next day I found screws and broken pieces of plastic on the driver side floor board. Again. I thought, my car isn't fancy and is still running so no worries. I did call and let y'all know though so we could address it when I brought it in next. then comes Wednesday evening, as I was driving on the interstate home and the panel to my right fell off and landed on the gas and got stuck there. I pulled the emergency brake and ran off the road and hit a pole (minor damage). My issue is when I called to let y'all know what happened, not one I'm sorry that happened, not one offer to fix what you broke, hell I can't even get a call back now and I get forwarded straight to voicemail. I really hate doing this. I think it's tacky. But you're doing much worse. It has been over a week for you to reach out and acknowledge me. And since I couldn't leave a review on your page I'll post on mine and message you here to try to get your attention. I'll be going to the better business bureau Monday to give them my recordings of and pictures and video of the incident. I would much rather settle this with y'all without having to drag Down your business.Here is a FEW pics I have that I will post as proof. And if you are thinking. Maybe you shouldn't have gotten a dui. You're right. But now I'm doing what I have to do to right my wrong. my situation doesn't mean I deserve this treatment.
