Happy Customers :)

Had the pleasure to deal with Vince (RV shop salesman) to get all the details and secure the deal on a brand new 2024 Airstream Bambi 20FB. Although out in LA and us being here in AZ, after a nationwide search the RV shop had the best price for this unit. Vince was very thorough and timely to answer all of our concerns regarding this potential out of state purchase. Once all details covered the rest was a breeze from the financing to the delivery of the trailer this past Dec 2024. Chad in finance was also very agreeable to work with and actually met the better RV loan rate % I was able to get on my own which added to the ease of transaction. Once the sale completed, the RV shop delivery team was ready for us and took all the necessary time to cover all aspects and features of this new 2024 Bambi 20FB. I unfortunately forgot his name, but the technician (Frank?) that led the unit delivery truly went above and beyond, he even assisted with setting my truck electronics hauling features (setpoint, gain, test drive). We cannot be happier with this new acquisition and the overall sale experience with the RV shop in Baton Rouge, LA. We highly recommend them, thank you once again to the whole Team over at the RV shop! Michel

Salesman named Chris gave me a price of 153k for a 2023 DRV Orlando after weeks of back and forth. Sumbitted a credit app for the dealership, next day now that price is for a completely different model (a 2023 DRV Manhattan) and the model i was originally told i was buying is several thousand more ($169k). Everything is in text and email. There was no mistake on his part, just outright fraud trying to scam me and force me into buying a different model after having my credit ran. Stay away from this scummy dealership with their shady sales tactics.

Excellent customer service in a family owned dealership with a no-pressure sales team. Highly recommended.

I have been searching for an RV unit for three or four months. I've talked to dealers throughout…read morethe country. Many of them sound very reasonable over the phone, but when talks continued and details are revealed the information that started out was slightly deceptive. I didn't expect anything different from Miller's RV, but the salesman Trey sounded very honest and accommodating, so discussions continued. Several dealers had the unit I wanted, a Thor Scope 18ZS but there were always "add on's" and surprise fees as I got closer to a deal. With Miller's RV the discussion never changed. What they listed was what you got. That settled it for me. I traveled 1200 miles to make the deal. Being so far from home, I was a little nervous as I had committed myself and was at their mercy. When I got to Miller's the experience could not have gone better. The unit was clean, prepped and ready and their shop guy Pete was down to earth and explained every detail about the unit systems and maintenance etc. He was a wealth of knowledge. Best of all, during this whole process there were zero surprises! They went out of their way to make things easy and pleasant. They even surprised me with a $100 store credit after all was done so I could have supplies and anything I needed for my ride home. Miller's RV is a class operation.

Then we went test ride the Winnebago rocked back-and-forth so bad that my wife's back went out although it was new it was a piece of junk for these two such a vast knowledge base about RVs it was sad to think that they would try to sell us a unit like that

We put $1800 down. He kept it for 4 months. She called us on a Saturday and said we could pick it…read moreup that Sunday because it was ready. We had a prior engagement that day so we told them we would be there Monday afternoon when my husband got off of work. We get to the shop where we left it and the camper was not there (he never informed us he moved it). I caller her and asked where it was and she informed me it was at their house. I asked her the address and she said she would call me back she needed to call him. After a little while she calls back and said it's going to be another 2 hours because he's still working on it. Not really understanding why they called and said it was ready, but ok.so we wait... She finally gives me the address so we head there after the 2 hour wait. I will attach the photos so you can see all the damage that was done and extra damage. They messed up the gooseneck attachment in the front, drilled out our storage locks (not sure why they were wanting to go in our storages), every propane bottle was empty, staples and/or nails coming from the inside of the camper that you can feel on the side of the wall, didn't do the work we were needing done, put holes in the back of the camper (you should see the caulking job and damaged a ton of extra things. I will add pictures so you all will see what we were left with. Then wanted more money for me to leave with this disaster. Now I had to take it for a new estimate to repair what was done to our camper...... Wait for it..... $22,000.... Yes that's right.... $22,000. After contacting several officials in St. James Parish we learned there are numerous people contacting them wanting to see what they can do about the work they did on their rv's. I am not one to leave bad reviews even when something is bad!!! But in this case this is not a little mistake. This is an excessive amount of money it will take to fix the damages. After the fact people are telling us they wish they would have known that's where we were going because they would've have told us not to! Well, here we are and there's no way I can afford the repairs my camper is facing.. The original quote from him was $4200.... now its going to cost me $22,000 BIG DIFFENCE I just don't understand how people can do something like this!! Leaving this review so no one else has this happen to them.
