He brought a battery and replaced it on one car (whose battery was totally dead. Then he used that car to jump start the second car which still had power left. And his price was far better than a garage. The next morning, both cars started fine. But one car needed a computer restart to restore all features on the dashboard. He came within several hours ( this was now Saturday) and reset the computer. I HIGHLY recommend Anthony to anyone. If you are stuck on the road or in a parking lot, he is the one to call!!!

Unlicensed, and Unaccountable…read more On May 2, 2025, a tow truck from Hook It Up Referral Services LLC caused extensive damage to my property while attempting to repossess a vehicle from a neighboring yard. The driver mangled 90 feet of chain link fencing, breaking poles at the base and leaving the fence twisted and unsafe. I gave the owner, Charles Gullotta, every opportunity to resolve this -- including a formal demand and offer to meet a contractor onsite. He refused to provide insurance information, ignored all communication, and took no responsibility despite admitting fault. To make matters worse, I discovered that the company is not authorized to operate by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (USDOT #4275695), and I found questionable positive Google reviews that appear to be self-authored. If you value professionalism, insurance protection, and legal compliance -- I strongly recommend you avoid this company at all costs.

On arrival the driver stated that the vehicle may just need a jump and then proceefed to jump the car without communicating a price first. After the jump was completed through a jumper box (no other vehicle needed), he stated that the price would be $130 dollars just to jump the car. This was not communicated before he proceeded to jump the car. If it were, we would have not proceeded with the service since it was accessible for us to do it ourselves. He also stated that his price was actually a low price compared to others which charge 170 or 150. He stated that that he had no control over the price and that is "boss" did.
