For 40 years I managed & self performed the maintenance and infrastructure repairs of 1200-1400 buildings for the nation's largest financial institutions west coast operations. Many times maintenance work and or replacement or emergency repairs would have to be outsourced. He emailed to change the date twice and I agreed to a new time and date. On the installation date he called to say he would be late due to a commercial job. He didn't show up and quit answering emails. At first I thought he might have been injured but finally started checking his one star ratings. I found eight of them and each one was similar to what happened to me - he just disappeared. If you want someone to chat with call Rodger. If you need work done find someone else.
