They finally agreed only after I threatened to go to corporate Fix-it headquarters. And it still took a month to get my money.

Took it in for a simple repair and instead the window cracked further leaving us with a windshield that now had about a 6 inch crack right in the field of view. They replaced the windshield with an aftermarket windshield and it wouldn't recalibrate. They then ghosted us for three weeks for an OEM Honda windshield. It was installed and everything worked for about a month and now the same calibration problems won't allow us to use any of the safety features on our vehicle. They say it's the camera Acura says it is the windshield.
