I wanted them to do a once over on everything to make sure it was serviceable and flush out tanks. I later found the gray water tank hadn't been touched/tested. They said they tried to fill the propane and it leaked. They said they didn't fix those those. Turns out the propane is still in the tank months later as I use it very little. I can only guess that they mistook the relief valve for a leak(?). I understand that there is not as much money in service vs sales of a new RV. However, a job worth doing is worth doing well. They also don't realize that Someone looking to upgrade to a larger RV remembers the shoddy work. For truth in advertising, I think the "Shady" should be underlined or somehow emphasized in the name.

They said that they were booked solid Wednesday since it was the day before Thanksgiving and they would be closed the entire weekend. Never-the-less a technician drove over to take a quick look and said that he might be able to squeeze me in so I didn't have to deal with it for the entire long weekend. Not only were they able to squeeze me in on Wednesday, but they fixed the problem in only 1/2 hour!! We can now enjoy the long Thanksgiving weekend. THANK YOU!!!!

They installed the bulb, it took two seconds, a woman associate installed the bulb, she removed one small panel on the right side, removed the old bulb and put in the new one. No difficulty. So because I was a woman, a black woman, they were all white men, they didn't want to help me at O'Reilly's. For any type of service I usually go to Mercedes of Texarkana or Forza Auto on Lake Dr. but both were closed. I stated "I needed my tires rotated as requested when I scheduled service in the app." I was told to call next time before scheduling service in the app because the dealership is not equipped to rotate tires on a Dually. I asked if they sold these types of trucks here. He said "yes we have one right now." I said "if you sell them you should be able to provide the GMC recommended service." He then went into telling me how tires are rotated on a dually. I said "I am aware how tires are rotated on a dually. I have owned four of them." He then proceeded to let me know he could not do the service most people go to a heavy duty tire shop place to have it done. If you can't perform recommended service on a certain GMC vehicle model you should not be able to sell and make commission off that type of vehicle!
