Ill be going through all camera footage as ive already seen he's hit my wall with our metal ladder too many times to count yesterday and now i get to finish and fix his poor filling job on ALL cut outs in my home MYSELF. Ill post videos if i can when i download them. It was excuse after excuse on MULTIPLE THINGS. Pitiful and yes my husband agrees! I atleast was taught how to use mud fill it and SMOOTH it out . Their first available appointment was a week out, probably because they are the ONLY electricians that actually answer the phone or return phone calls. Two gentlemen came out to my house and spent an hour or so checking each point in the current until they were able to identify the issue and fixed it quickly once located. All in all came out to about $100/HR. Both electricians were extremely nice, knowledgeable, and honest. I would use them again for sure.

After we reached out to him for clarification about where our 200amp breaker was located, why anchoring wasn't included in the delivery (something we never agreed to), and to gather general information about the install--Scott and his wife immediately became angry, rude, and said it wasn't their problem. We've spent over $25,000 with them and just wanted basic answers. Because of how aggressive they were, we told them we wanted to cancel the order and get a refund, as our contract clearly states we have three days to cancel for a full refund. That's when things escalated. Scott Wooddell threatened to physically harm us, told us he'd "go to jail again" over it, and made racist, hateful comments--including calling me a "n***er lover." When my husband calmly asked again for a refund, Scott said, "I don't care what you say, you're not getting refunded anything." And now, because he knows exactly what he's done--he has already blocked both me and my husband on Facebook. I've attached a screen recording showing proof of this. We're filing a police report for the threats made against our family and reporting him to the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General, and every consumer protection agency we can find. And if your facility is not able to allow a dog to decompress in its crate right after being picked up, then you need to reevaluate your space. I took it anyways and didn't hassle for a refund but I wish I did as I ended up basically reconstructing the whole bouquet myself to make it look presentable and not like a grocery store purchase. Both of the bouquets were also missing the bows and butterfly's shown in the picture I requested them to make from their website. I understand it's a busy holiday, but when I pay this amount of money and it's the most requested holiday for flowers out of the whole year.. you should be more prepared.
