I keep getting distracted However on the SC, it's clean, it' charges fast, it's cheaper than Tupelo one, that is 150kw max, and it's located on the way, on a nice route, to Tuscaloosa. There are also four "other type" of chargers here as well. There was a bass ass all electric Porsche charging near me. I wonder how fast that is?!?!? It runs 250kwh max and is consistently charging from 10% to 90% in about 35 mins. I've visited 7-8 times now. I got 90 days free SC with my car purchase. It charges faster than the Supercharger on Park (it's like 150-200 mph 150kwh max) does. Park location is always full and there were 10 cars waiting in line last time I was there. It's been pretty easy to just pull up and plug in here though. I guess MS is a little slow to adopt the EV, much like education, car insurance coverage, and things like, regular dentist visits & various general hygiene opportunities. Bonus!!! Milano's Pizza is across from it and the SC are actually in a Burger King parking lot. There are plenty of other walkable spots to visit as you add the electricity to your ride. Abbay's, Lowe's, Red Hook, just to name a few. Pretty soon the entire world of EV's will be charging here.

I figured I needed to update this review…read more... They have done a complete overhaul of this station and now my old review no longer applies. This location has been updated with new Superchargers that all run faster, are cleaner, and there are twice as many as there were before. It is now up to standard of all other local Tesla Supercharger locations. It charges at blistering rates and the new hardware is great!! One note... as of 3-20-24 this station showed as "offline" on my cars map. I am not sure why. It was working. '24 - 23/100

The bartender did not look at us once and when my brother asked if he had any recommendations or a favorite, he responded "no" without even looking up. When I asked for 2 drinks I was told they were out which was fine, but then I asked what they did have and was told, "look if it has a cap on it". The Growler was something my family was looking forward to since they were coming for the first time from Connecticut and had heard good things, but the bartender made it seem like we weren't wanted there. I did not end up getting a drink which was an unfortunate way to end my graduation night.

I've been to The Growler quite a few times and have always had a great experience. I decided to swing in this week while back in town and it really held up. The staff working the bar are consistently awesome - they're personable, quick, and extremely helpful. The beer is always well poured. Their food is always great for the atmosphere. Some places tend to get lazy when serving bar food, but that is not the case for The Growler. There is so much seating available if you are planning to hang out with friends, and they have a few tvs and games available for use. It is somehow also a great spot for working - I have typed many, many papers here and have somehow never been too distracted despite this place often being filled with groups of people.
