What's amazing here is that the stations are FREE to park and to recharge, thanks to the generosity of the Tanger Outlets Blowing Rock. Of course, there isn't much else within walking distance so if you're parked here, odds are that you're going to be shopping at the mall. There is limited shade here as the stations are against a high wall and it faces south. The shopping plaza does have food, candy and free wifi. The charging stations are open 24 hours. I'm surprised a supposedly green city only has eight of these things. Could use another eight for traffic going the other way.
