Example, I went looking for a certain kind of vinegar to have with my soup dumplings, found the section but no one was around to help me figure out which one to choose from all the options they had. I mean they had many customers going in there knowing exactly what they wanted and what to look for, but for someone like me, I just wished they had more staff working or around to help customers as myself. Overall I do like the market because they not only have food for preparation, but they also had hot cooked food, a fresh seafood/fish area, and kitchen appliances along with household items. Self-checkout was easy, and while the place can get insanely busy overall, it's a really fun place to explore if you visit during off-peak times.
