He spent his young life as a restauranteur in Naples and had a passion for food and Nonna's recipes. His Panzerotti is the real deal! It's a delicious potato croquette it's delicious mozzarella inside and fried to crispy perfection. It is a must try item. IT IS A MUST TRY ITEM! This is a food truck so there is no dining area other than a small table but I got the ambiance of a real street vendor in Italy. Aldo himself is a joy to talk to and his head chef Pedro is a consumate professional. I got a snap shot of the sausage and peppers. The sausage is made by a special butcher just for Bubla Panzerotti. I also orders the meatball Parmesan sub and it's remarkably great!!! The bread is next level and you won't find it locally.
