Filling up a 30 cubic yard dumpster is something you have to experience to believe. (I helped a bit but Brook really did 95% of the work and a lot of the trash was quite heavy.) Wow...the yard hasn't been as clean as it now is in years! We still have a chicken coop to demolish but will call Paradise Landcare back when it's taken down for haulage. So I can't recommend Paradise enough. All I had to do was send them some photos of the piles of junk, old wood and brush we wanted removed, Jennifer sent me an reasonable estimate, I agreed, Brook showed up with the big dumpster on the next working day, cleaned the place up and I paid the bill on line. I had some old scrap wood and pallets to get rid of along with an old twin metal bed frame that was bent. I have used these guys in the past for broken TVs and they have always provided a delightful customer experience. You have the options of leaving stuff out on the curb but I couldn't do that because of my HOA. Also, last time I had left a desk that someone snatched up from the curb. So I didn't want to waste their time again. Their technology use is pretty awesome and respectfully as a IT guy I appreciate how it makes billing simple and easy. You cannot go wrong with this company hauling your junk for you. It saves you time and effort than doing it yourself and paying for the fees at the landfill. This is the only dump I've ever been to in my 37 years on planet Earth that didn't have me wanting to puke while being there. I don't know what their methods are but to me that's amazing! I've been a few times but I had to dispose my old bed recently which caused me to make an appearance there. The dump is actually in Creedmoor (It says Buda on Yelp) & FM 1327 is a quiet & pleasant little road to travel along. The nature preserve surrounding the landfill is also pleasant to look at & is kind of cool that the landfill is trying to make good use of the land surrounding it. The overall cost of disposing my old bed + large boxes left behind from the new bed ended up being around $67. That with the $45 U-Haul pickup rental + gas was still cheaper than paying the furniture store's $189 disposal fee. The employees I dealt with were friendly, had good attitudes, & from an outsider's perspective they seemed to be well taken care of by the company they work for.

I contacted Mean Green to establish regular cadence to having a consistent dumpster provider for a…read morebusiness. I explained that I needed a regular pick up date every month because I was tired of tracking down the dumpster vendors in order to dump each month. I was assured that Mean Green is driven by consistency and customer service so out of several bids I chose mean green. Per our signed agreement we were allowed 1 monthly pick up at an agreed rate of $500 plus tax. and any additional pick ups would be at an additional cost which is fair and to be expected. I received a call last week for pick up and I asked to wait until the end of the month per usual. I then received a call back saying "my boss asked me to call you back for pick up because I have room in my schedule today. He also wanted me to tell you the rate would go from $500 to $900 because we aren't making enough money from this account". It is not my fault that Mean Green is anything but their promised consistency and have not collected monthly, in fact on June 7th I had to call and say a driver never showed up for May when promised then on June 8th sent another text expressing no one had shown up again. It is clear they cannot uphold spoken company standards and cannot manage their time appropriately. I will happily guarantee a monthly fee for a dumpster but it is not my responsibility to track your drivers down for a pick up and if months are missed with no pick up it is not in my duties to let you know your team fell short.
