I was not incentivized for this review at all. Paid with my own money and found them through Yelp. Why should you just stop researching moving companies and book with them? Here's why: 1. They do what they say and they are professional movers. -Clear quote in writing. They don't chase low rates. You do pay for what you get. Also: -No extra surprise fees -They moved me out of 2 storage units, drove my items to my new home, unloaded that load, then helped me unload and unpack my 16foot pod. 2. Their management is very responsive and clear with pricing and quotes verbally and in writing. Discount if you use zelle or venmo otherwise you pay CC fee of 3%. 3. This crew arrived on the dot, moved my things with care and were SUPER quick working. They unloaded my 2 units and into their truck so fast. Once in my 2 story home they asked where things needed to go. None of this needing to move things after the move. They laid down a protective mat for the dollys and high traffic. They took the extra time to help me place my heavy furniture and took apart and put back together beds after going up and down my stairs. They were super careful not to hit my walls, corners or doors and doorways. I'd 1000% pay the money and hire them again. I've moved 6 times at this point and by far this has been the most pleasant, professional, efficient and enjoyable! While we waited for the pod to arrive (pod was running late) Brandon proactively asked if he could help me unpack my kitchen boxes. He went above and beyond. One guy spent nearly an hour wrapping just four basic items (a chair, ottoman, table, and dresser). Items sat staged on the curb for two hours without being loaded. The pace was so slow that we had to start carrying items to the truck ourselves just to finish. Even the crew leader admitted to me that one of his guys was moving too slow, yet they billed me for every single minute. I have reached out multiple times by phone and email requesting a fair refund for 2 hours of wasted labor, and management is completely ghosting me. Before booking, I clearly explained to the person who answered the phone (who I believe is the owner) that I am an elderly, handicapped woman with significant mobility limitations. I specifically stated that I would need the boxes placed in the rooms where they belonged because I am physically unable to move them afterward. I was assured this would be done. It was not. Instead, boxes were left scattered throughout my apartment with little regard to labeling or accessibility. Items marked "bathroom" were left in the kitchen or living room. Large five-foot-tall boxes were used to pack items that did not require that size. I am 5'3", and these boxes are extremely difficult for me to access, especially with arthritis in my hands, back, and multiple joint replacements -- including one recent surgery. To make matters worse, some essential items -- including my shower head and rubber safety mats -- are buried in these oversized boxes. Until I can locate them, I am unable to shower safely. I had to physically push boxes aside just to reach my bathroom and kitchen. Additionally, instructions for accessing the apartment complex were clearly provided in advance. The movers ignored those instructions, attempted to use the wrong gate, and then insisted there was no way to enter, despite being told exactly how to do so. From the beginning, they were dismissive and unwilling to listen. The cost was also far higher than expected for a short-distance move between nearby apartments -- more than three times what I have paid in similar moves in Houston. This was not simply an inconvenience; it created serious physical hardship and unnecessary pain. Given my medical condition, proper placement of boxes was not a luxury -- it was essential. I cannot recommend this company, particularly for elderly or disabled clients who require careful placement of belongings and respectful communication.
