I witnessed her first hand being very rude to a older lady that was moving a little slow but no slower than a lot of elderly people do. Elderly customers may move a little slower than she would like but they are customers and deserve to be treated with kindness and respect not as a bother. I have shopped here since the opening of this location and always have been treated with friendly and respectful service but for some reason thats no longer the case with a lot of the employees here.

We were traveling to New Mexico using our Shell gift cards so we tried to use only Shell gas stations. This station was out of the way and a disappointment. My husband had a kidney transplant a few years back, so kidney health stay hydrated and lots of restroom breaks.. He walked inside and asked for the key to the restroom. The man ( in photo) behind the counter look at my husband and said go outside. What? Really?? Isn't a restroom required by law to be provided to customers? A woman came out of the office and saw me and another vehicle still cleaning but didn't say a word to us. Just walked back in the office. I thought they were gonna turn them back on but after 5 mins passed they were still off. I walked around to ask if them what time they closed and all the doors were closed and the employees were gone. I don't know what time they close but it was was only 3:45. Definitely will go somewhere else next time and cannot reccommend this business!
