Eventually, I had to pay for my drinks on another credit card machine. The staff promised me that my original purchase would not hit my credit card and would be canceled. Of course, this was not the truth and $60 of goods hit my credit card for the purchase that they said would be canceled. I disputed the transaction with my credit card company only today find out that this company has denied that this ever happened, so I am now down $60 for goods - effectively I paid $120 for two bottles and some cigarettes - nice work if you can get it!!!!
