    Steak Fingers

I did drive-thru. The double cheese burger was delicious. It was great. This is coming from someone that lives in Los Angeles that has In and Out. The chili cheese fries was okay. I let the shredded cheese melt too long. I say it is not recommended to buy chili cheese fries if taking it home. Unless, you like the cheese melted like that. The steak fingers were alright. It tasted like Mc Donald's chicken Mc Nuggets. Haha.

Exactly what it's supposed to be... Great burgers, fries and onion rings! Drive thru is easy to access with quick service and a smile. Food is served hot and delicious!

Great old fashioned burgers, fries are below average. Ice cream place in location as well. Kept passing this place on the way back from work and finally decided to give it a try. I love burgers and fries. So I love trying new burger joints. This place is quite average, yet gets the job done. It's a walk up and order type place. Lady behind the register was friendly and got my order correct. The menu is quite simple. Basically burgers, a couple chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders. A burger place should have a simple menu like that. I opted for the Texas Cheeseburger with chili cheese fries. The chili cheese fries were LOADED with chili and cheese. It's was a little too much. There was probably 3 parts chili and cheese to 1 part fries. The fries were frozen crinkle cuts that could probably use more time in the fryer. Needed more crispness and crunch. Even if they were though, the excess amount of cheese and chili would have made them soggy in less than 20 seconds. The burger, however, was VERY good. It's the old fashioned type with the grilled bun, and properly grilled and charred meat patty. I'm a fan of shredded lettuce as well. The burger reminds me of Whataburger. Not overlooked either. Sweet tea was average. Overall, it hit the spot of my burger craving but the fries need some serious help. Oh, and also, this is one of the restaurants that displays your order number on the wall so you have to constantly pay attention to it else your food just sits and gets cold. What's so hard about a microphone and announcing the order number? Get rid of that TV displaying the orders please and just make it simple. Also, leaving the fries in the fryer longer will help make those frozen crinkle cuts somewhat better.

This is one of the better fast food burger joints in town. I come here for a quick meal that is always hot and tasty. Very clean and have always had good service. Plus I don't know of another burger joint in town that sells scooped ice cream that taste nearly as good!

I'll make this short and simple. Poor quality and horrible burgers. Go to Grub Burger!

We miss living in Midland and we miss eating at Texas Burger. We love not only the food there but also the atmosphere.

Burger was good. It took a little longer then I would like even though not that many people. The one in town is better.

This is my favorite restaurant in this part of Tx. Mai sure to make a reservation if you show up…read morewith more than two people. The crispy rock shrimp should be illegal. Way too addictive. This part of Texas has no business having sushi that good either. Used to always get the wagyu ribeye, then th Akaushi, then I tried the lamb chops and got stuck on those. They've got a desert that I can never remember the name of that looks kind of like a cheesecake. It's phenomenal. Wait staff is always terrific. Easy to spend over $1,000 here, but also not hard to leave for less than $100/person and have everyone waddling out with a loose button. Fantastic restaurant.

I visited here one night since it was relatively close to my hotel. I didn't initially realize it…read morewas a restaurant owned by Graham Ellliot, who is coincidentally 1 day younger than me. The menu consists of raw plates, apps, salads, sandwiches, land and sea plates, and steaks. Half of the front of their menu is devoted to sushi rolls, containing elevated items like lobster and waygu steak. On the rear of the menu, their side dishes didn't really impress me as there are many starches and only 2 green veggies. This restaurant is still very classy in several ways, or at least they make a valiant attempt. One example, when ordering sushi rolls, they bring out a nice metal chopstick holder. However, the chopsticks themselves are just the cheap wooden ones in a paper packaging. I decided to sit at the bar since the dining area looked busy; however, the bar area was also just as busy. On the bar side of the restaurant, there are actually many more tables toward the back which were mostly vacant during the majority of my visit. I decided to order the steak frites which they say is a Denver cut. Denver steaks are from the well-used shoulder area and typically have great marbling and a deep beef flavor. The dish comes with their truffle fries and bearnaise sauce. It's a simple dish and not their priciest cut, but it's the most affordable way to get one of their steaks without being presented on a sandwich or priced in the 68-275 range as their other steaks. Steak frites - the steak was tender and very tasty. It actually was much better without the room temp bearnaise sauce. Not sure why they have that on the plate since it ruins a steak imo. The steak itself was also luke warm and not hot from the broiler. The fresh cut shoestring fries were warm but not quite as hot as I was expecting. Luckily, the garlic aioli helped. This restaurant is a great place for many occasions but can also be a good place for someone dining solo looking for upscale food.
