At first they wanted me to pay over $770.00 monthly for this vehicle. I finally got them to lower monthly payments to apx $400.00 but still had to put up $25,000.00. I won't ever do that again! No Bueno, Toyota, you're only looking after you and not your customer. Us people have to have a vehicle to get to work to make a living and pay bills. It's in our best interest to do what we have to do to have a vehicle to make our living. I didn't purchase top of the line, in fact it was a used vehicle. My significant other went to another location and you guys wanted $25,000.00 down and $800.00 a month for a 6 year old vehicle with 20,000 miles on it. ARE YOU KIDDING!!?? Mark Porter, the finance director, went out of his way including getting authorization for the dealership to absorb half of my negative equity as well as getting me a far lower interest rate than what my credit would normally allow. Joey Gabarda has built a business that focuses on taking care of employees so they take care of customers and keep them coming back. This is my first Honda, but it definitely won't be my last, and I'll only buy from this dealership as long as I'm in the Permian Basin. God bless, guys!
