!!Do not do business with these people!!Definitely reporting to BBB!! This was the worst buying…read moreexperience ever. The service was terrible from the start and only got worse. The entire time, they constantly whined about how "busy" they were, completely ignoring that I work full-time and go to school. My time didn't matter to them at all.Even after taking my money, they are still "too busy" to send me important information or follow up. Yet, they had plenty of time to gaslight me about a broken seatbelt I found on the drive home, claiming it was "fixed."They are also lying about not having the other key, which the original owner handed directly to them. They treat paying customers like a major inconvenience. Rude, dismissive, and sketchy. Avoid this place. Generally bizarre, low brow behavior. Gross Added! Toyota across the street has been great to me in dealing with all the problems classic Honda of Midland wouldn't help me with after fucking selling me a car. I asked them if they would look at the seatbelt Honda lied to me about fixing and it was still broken. They fixed it for free in like five minutes no problem... classic Honda, however, proceeded to tell me it wasn't their problem. They didn't see the big deal about it. It was fine when I picked it up..... no the hell it wasn't first of all, and that it was as is, blah blah blah blah blah. Generally really shitty attitude towards your customers, dude. Gross. Classic Honda told me IF they did look at it IT WOULD BE LIKE WEEKS OUT, ETC. ETC. ETC., and still dismissing the issue, making it out to be so minor and stupid. Toyota across the street fixed it for free in 20min no problem. Go there! With the added bonus of they could not get their shit together on verifying my income and getting the proper documents into the credit union they were zero communication. It's just been a real shit show with these people. I would go back and not do business with them if I could.

We were greeted with in a minute by a kind young man named Jalen Trujillo. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We decided to sit down and talk numbers. They gave us a great deal on our trade and on the new vehicle. Yep, we are new car owners. This was the easiest and best car experience that we've ever had. Thanks Jalen and staff for everything. We will definitely be back.

I've been going to this dealership for service for the last four years now…read more They have been excellent, attentive, and very respectful of my time and my finances for maintenance of my Toyota Tundra. My primary service advisor is Carl Beale he has been outstanding to work with. He is very polite consistent and follows up with my service request as well as when the vehicle is completed then details all the work that's been completed. I have had experiences with the other service advisors and I think they're all very highly motivated and qualified to help customers at this dealership on Toyota vehicle assistance. The dealership is very nice it's clean and centrally located. Every time I've been in they offer a complementary coffee bar with danishes and sodas and water, so it's very it's a nice place to wait for your vehicle if you need to. They also have complementary driving services as pick up! Thank you Carl Beale Beckett

At first they wanted me to pay over $770.00 monthly for this vehicle. I finally got them to lower monthly payments to apx $400.00 but still had to put up $25,000.00. I won't ever do that again! No Bueno, Toyota, you're only looking after you and not your customer. Us people have to have a vehicle to get to work to make a living and pay bills. It's in our best interest to do what we have to do to have a vehicle to make our living. I didn't purchase top of the line, in fact it was a used vehicle. My significant other went to another location and you guys wanted $25,000.00 down and $800.00 a month for a 6 year old vehicle with 20,000 miles on it. ARE YOU KIDDING!!?? I hope many people see my comment and stay far away from you and it forces you to change your business practices. YOU'RE A BUNCH OF VULTURES!!

I made multiple calls to them at different locations just prior to the paper plates expiring to confirm whether they'd come in, called the day of, called multiple times over the next 5 days past expiration and not one single return call about my plates...one location never picked up the phone. Ever. I live many hours from the dealer, can't just drop by. When I finally did get someone on the line after a full 2 weeks of trying, they told me someone would call me back - three times - and they never did. Sketchy as sh*t. It's now 7 days past the expiration of my paper plates and still nothing. Will update how long it actually took to get them if I ever see the plates. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced in any aspect of my life. Buy elsewhere. ETA: Told me in another call I initiated myself, they'd mail the plates and did not. I made the 3 hour trip myself to get my plates, 11 days past the expiration date and with zero effort on their part through any of this process.

I was interested in a 2012 Fiat 500 they had on their Midland lot. I called and asked if they did…read moreregular financing, because my credit is great. I also asked if about the condition of the car. They said they car was in good condition. We drove out there to check out the car and it was in average condition. There are dents on the top of it, that are not due to hail, there is a dent along the bottom on the driver's side of the car as well. I found this car on Autotrader.com and the description stated that the car had Bluetooth capabilities and it did not. The car is for sale at 7,998. We offered them 7000 based on the dents and lack of blue tooth and lack of a spare tire. We were willing to negotiate and take the car for a higher price, however, after the sales man had us talk to his manager, we left. AJ the salesman was kind and we enjoyed him. His manager was rude! He tried to tell us they paid $8000 for the car and insinuated we were stupid multiple times. He told us they wanted to sell the car, but make a living, because he didn't like our offer. He showed us the NADA information on the car, which we had on our phone. The Rough Trade in is $6,175, Average $7,1285, Clean 7,900 and clean retail 10,025. Had the car been in better condition, I would have been willing to pay up to 9,000. However, the unexplainable dents and the lack of some of the basic package lowered the value of the vehicle. This car was a fleet rental. It only had 38,000 miles (3k more than what is stated on autotrader), but the top of the car, the dent on the bottom, the fact that it was sunbaked and had not been driven in some time (it was WAY dusty under the hood) lowers the value of the car. Asking to bargain regarding a vehicle is not a crime, and should not have been the reason the manager treated us like we were stupid! I really feel bad for the salesman who was going to see his child today because he would have been able to make a commission off of this vehicle, if it weren't for his manager.
