I had some challenges including a trade-in that did not have a lot of value and that I owed far more on than it was worth.vHis boss, the sales manager Roger Harris (a former Marine and all-around great guy) could not possibly have been more helpful in finding a car that I could afford even though I had negative equity. Mark Porter, the finance director, went out of his way including getting authorization for the dealership to absorb half of my negative equity as well as getting me a far lower interest rate than what my credit would normally allow. Joey Gabarda has built a business that focuses on taking care of employees so they take care of customers and keep them coming back. This is my first Honda, but it definitely won't be my last, and I'll only buy from this dealership as long as I'm in the Permian Basin. God bless, guys! PS- I went back the following day and traded in my other vehicle for a Honda as well. That's how good they are.

The entire time, they constantly whined about how "busy" they were, completely ignoring that I work full-time and go to school. My time didn't matter to them at all.Even after taking my money, they are still "too busy" to send me important information or follow up. Yet, they had plenty of time to gaslight me about a broken seatbelt I found on the drive home, claiming it was "fixed."They are also lying about not having the other key, which the original owner handed directly to them. They treat paying customers like a major inconvenience. Rude, dismissive, and sketchy. Avoid this place. Generally bizarre, low brow behavior. Gross Added! Toyota across the street has been great to me in dealing with all the problems classic Honda of Midland wouldn't help me with after fucking selling me a car. I asked them if they would look at the seatbelt Honda lied to me about fixing and it was still broken. They fixed it for free in like five minutes no problem... classic Honda, however, proceeded to tell me it wasn't their problem. They didn't see the big deal about it. It was fine when I picked it up..... no the hell it wasn't first of all, and that it was as is, blah blah blah blah blah. Generally really shitty attitude towards your customers, dude. Gross. Classic Honda told me IF they did look at it IT WOULD BE LIKE WEEKS OUT, ETC. ETC. ETC., and still dismissing the issue, making it out to be so minor and stupid. Toyota across the street fixed it for free in 20min no problem. Go there! With the added bonus of they could not get their shit together on verifying my income and getting the proper documents into the credit union they were zero communication. It's just been a real shit show with these people. I would go back and not do business with them if I could.

Brian actually went to a different dealership the day prior to look at a used truck. The salesman there urged him to buy a new truck that was over our budget but told that it was "the best deal" and made to feel like buying a used truck is a bad idea. LUCKILY, my husband had the smarts to walk out. That's when I jumped online and found a WONDERFUL used, below our budget, truck at Sewell. He sent the company some texts expressing interest. After hearing back that the one I found was still available, he went on over to take a look at it and LOVED IT! He said he had a great experience with the salesman! Said he wasn't pushy and was able to give him what he wanted. The one issue he had was that initially he went to the (Regular) Sewell Ford... unaware that there was a separate location for the used vehicles. He said he waited about 35 minutes here before someone even came over to him. Odd because car salesmen usually pounce. (???) That's when he was informed that the used lot was over on 8th street. All in all, we are really happy with our purchase!

Today is Feb 6, 2023. The saleman's name was Manuel. I am searching for the correct GM and have hired a lawyer out of Dallas. But, as a fellow consumer, I must advise you "please do not trust these folks with your money. I'm sure financing a vehicle is fine (just the usual used car BS), but do not let them handle your money. This is not a misunderstanding. It is theft against a widow that is too scared to speak up because her late husband used to do that for her. We will, though.

    They did a great job job of repairing my vehicle after having it for two and a half months. They…read moretold me that they could look at it in three to four weeks so I dropped it off. I called four different on the fifth week and tried to talk to my service advisor for an update. No returned calls were made by the advisor. So I waited a few days and called again and finally was able to speak to the advisor. She told me that she does not return calls until she knows what is wrong with the vehicle. I told her that was unprofessional and if they had not figured out the problems all she had to do was text or leave a message and I would have accepted that response. Sara E said that is not how she does her return calls. T make a long story short. The car was repaired correctly they kept it for 2.5 months. I had to call and see if it was ready to pickup. Horrible communication on their part. I have several vehicles and this locations service department is the worst. I actually went to the dealership three different times to see how busy the service reps were. I didn't talk to anyone but I stood over in the parts hallway and watched them mess with their personal phones and they received no business phone calls and none of them were working on their computers or paper work for about ten minutes each time I just stopped by. I wanted to see if they actually were that busy. I'm sure there is a shortage of mechanics and I know Midland, Tx is busy. But their service communication and turn around time on completing jobs is horrible. They gave me back a dirty car. You would have thought they could have at least washed it. I am very disappointed in their over all service. I would strongly suggest you take your Chevy vehicles to a location away from Midland and Odessa.
