Royal came out and checked the attic and said everything was good up there. He didn't try to sell me something he knew I didn't need. He looked at the attic space and came up with his best guess solution. He was very upfront that it was a best guess. He gave me a quote I thought was fair and I booked it. His guys showed up on time, were very nice and professional, and finished in the time Royal said it would take. I'm super pleased with the entire experience and would recommend them to anyone with insulation needs. That room is now 1-2 degrees delta and feels like a new space.
