This was a 1 bedroom Condo, so it wasn't a big place, but it was very nicely decorated, the kitchenette had everything that we needed to fix meals, and the beds were very comfortable. We spent time on the beach, 2 very nice pools, and toured the USS Lexington and Texas State Aquarium. Great location, great hosts, and recommend it highly! We will be back!

You can absolutely see part of the beach on the side of the building and can swim or go for a walk without driving anywhere if you don't want to. Going inside the building it does look pretty nice. Seemed they did some work there compared to outside and everything seemed clean. The staff was very friendly and was able to set us up quick. Be aware they do want a credit card on file and take $100 deposit (you are given the money back if nothing is broken or damaged in the room). We were put on the 3rd floor that viewed the parking lot and part of the water/beach. Windows were dirty/foggy which was unfortunate since would have been great view. Can still see it but not as clear as I would want. The room itself was nice. Everything was organized, clean, and you have a TV you can watch with or stream on. The ac unit worked pretty well too kept the room cool. The bathroom was nice but feel like it needs a humidifier somewhere since it steams up quickly and gets stuffy in there if you take warm or hot showers. They do also serve free breakfast in the mornings which had decent options. I liked their egg white omelet with veggies and bacon good. There is a machine where it pushes out pancakes. They are tiny but good enough to start the day with. Overall the experience was alright and was cheap enough to be able to do what we want without going far. Not bad place to stay a few days if need to.

We stayed in the two floor section of rooms on the beach. To me, the hotel is aging, decrepit. Some of these details may not matter to you. The room phone doesn't work. This is a service and safety concern. The security doors to be let into the hallway toward your room do not work. Anyone can walk in. That's another safety issue. There are bent/broken and poorly repaired ceiling panels in my bathroom. There is no drain cover for the bathroom sink. Any ring or jewelry can disappear. WIFI does not exist. The metal lamp bases are rusting. It was a poor choice for an oceanside hotel. The lamp shade was spotted with mold and rust. There are mold spots on the sheer curtains. The fire alarm is vintage and dirty. A neighboring room had its upper patio supported by gray beams. Gray made me think those beams have been there a *long* time. Out of the control of the property is the thick humidity. It made the ceramic floors feel sticky upon arrival. But I think Iʻd rather have the ceramic flooring than carpets in this environment. If mold can grow on curtains, Iʻm concerned what may be hidden in carpets. Again, some of this may be unimportant for those who want to stay on the beach. But for about the same price, there are nearby hotels with better ratings. I would not go back.

We had to constantly and consistently hound them to get an appointment. It took about 4 weeks to successfully get someone to go look at the window in order to give a quote. It was $70 for the initial appointment, which is fine. However it took another month for them to actually install the window. I understand things happen, ordering materials can take a while to come in, etc. However it's very bad business practice to remain uncommunicative with customers. We never received curtesy status updates or ANYTHING at all from them. Two weeks would go by and we hadn't heard anything, we always had to track them down to extract information. All said and done, 2.5 months later we get a text, (our first and only text)- "window is done, we charged the card on file $640" Including the initial visit we spent apox. $700 for poor service and decent work. I would not recommend their services. Unless their management cracks a whip and enforces better business practices.

Rigid in every respect. One-sided contract that says you must speak to them respectfully but the not they they should speak to you with respect. Ms. Salazar is the worst. She texted me at 2pm that the man was coming to replace the air filter and to kennel my dogs. I was 30 minutes away at a new job and couldn't leave. I called and said that was not reasonable notice, she was so busy saying that they could come in anytime they want, but she never took ownership or apologized that she wrote the wrong date and had meant the next day. Even when Ms. Salazar makes claims that are clearly fantastical- the office backs her up rather than give the tenant good respectful customer service - so you realize you are not considered to be the customer - the owner is. The tenant is just something to be managed and bent to suit their schedule. On another occasion their A/C repair person (undisclosed pre-scheduled maintenance) due at 8:00 a.m. no showed/no called. After 15+ texts and calls it was reset and also the 2nd time given of 1:00 p.m. they were also late. Had to pay pet sitter 2x to come back and let them in. TRMC has Zero apparent appreciation of how their acts affect the tenant. Most recently, my lawn man saw and took a picture of a cobra on the last mow after my move out. Informed TRMC and Ms. Salazar "snake-expert extraordinaire" keeps repeating in robotic fashion that I am responsible for the lawn until 9-30, and that the snake has "moved on." Then chastised me for not giving specifics of where the lawn man last saw the snake. although the "expert" communicators at TRMC never asked. The house I rented was decent. But if you have the choice of where to reside, I would think twice about renting a place they manage. If there is a way to do things that will cause your life maximum disruption and inconvenience they will find it. In my opinion they are both dishonest and horrible to deal with.

Took about 4 months for them to fix the a/c during the middle of the summer and said 78 degrees in the house is perfectly normal. And the contractors they used were not qualified for the work they did at all. They were also in charge of keeping the yard maintained as you can see, that too was constantly put on the back burner. The $150 we spent to have the patio preasure washed to remove mold? Disregarded The $550 garage door motor replacement , and service we paid for? Disregarded.
