My experience has been a nightmare of dishonest practices, negligence, and outright abuse of trust. 1. Overselling & Taking Advantage of Customers * They sold me more AC units than my property actually required, thereby creating a ridiculously oversized system, leading to short cycling, humidity issues, too high air pressure etc etc , taking advantage of my lack of technical knowledge. * This is not just unethical--it's considered unconscionable under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), which prohibits selling products or services that are unnecessary to a consumer. 2. Failure to Perform & No-Shows * The contractor repeatedly failed to show up to scheduled appointments, causing project delays, wasted time, and additional costs, and when they showed up the damaged walls, doors, thermostats ,carpets etc. etc. * Despite multiple opportunities to meet and resolve issues, they ignored my requests. 3. Fraudulent Mechanic's Lien Filed Against My Property * Their accountant personally signed and filed a mechanic's lien even though our contract clearly states final payment is only due after all final city inspections have passed--and inspections had NOT passed. * Filing a lien to pressure someone into paying money that is not owed is a fraudulent lien under Texas Civil Practice & Remedies Code §12.002, which carries statutory penalties, actual damages, attorney fees, and potential criminal liability. * The lien was not only baseless but also filed in bad faith to intimidate me. 4. Unprofessional and Unethical Behavior * Instead of resolving issues in good faith, this company chose to use apparently illegal tactics and deception. * Texas law is clear: filing fraudulent liens and exploiting consumers can lead to civil and criminal penalties. I now have to waste time and money pursuing legal remedies for damages, lien removal, and potential penalties under Texas law. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from this contractor.

Just like everyone else, I found them on Groupon. The scheduling process was easy. Yes we were…read morerecommended the extra service but we definitely needed it. James also found that one of the ducts was closed which was an Ahh! Moment since we noticed little to no air flowing . I was shocked how bad our vents were. James and his colleague were very nice and helpful. They were careful and covered our couch to avoid getting debris and they even vacuumed after they were done. The only one problem was they left nails in two of our beds. He did suggest the UV light and will be coming back to install. James was very nice and even with expressing his recommendation, I never felt it was forced at all. Fair price for the service. I will update a follow up once we get the UV light installed.
