Everything went fine until the (contract) installer came. On the quote I was charged $500 for floor and subfloor removal. The installer didn't know anything about it and then proceeded to argue that I would be opening a can of worms if they were to remove the flooring. After calls back to Breegle I did get him to remove the flooring but not the subfloor. As a result my kitchen floor is about 1&1/2" higher than the floor that butts up to it. Looks horrible and definitely a toe stubber! Not happy at all and when complained again all they said was "oh is it too high?". Duh!

To pay he doesn't have a PayPal or business account to charge you he give you his account number you have to find his bank and transfer funds it was the most time consuming and agitating business deal I have had to deal with and my family at the house was not happy with the respect for their time as well.
