I went in to get my engagement ring resized and mentioned I was pregnant. Instead of taking the sale, the jeweler recommended that I wait and offered me a temporary spacer instead. This was so sweet and such genuine customer service. I will absolutely be taking my ring there after I have my baby.

I called him and asked him if he would be able to add my charms while I waited and he did just that. The business is located inside the Joe V's on FM 1960 near Aldine Westfield. When I showed him the charms, he asked me where I wanted them to go on my bracelet and just like that he was finished in less than 10 minutes. He even cleaned my wedding ring and another ring that I was wearing free of charge. I am very pleased with the service and will be visiting Bench Jeweler for all of my jewelry repair needs.

I met with Rebecca and there was no high pressure up sale tactics that went on. She listened to my needs and simply made them happen . Rebecca was in close contact with me throughout the process. They also guided me to Reverend Kidd who performed the service and we couldn't have been more satisfied with his services. He read the eulogy I had written fluidly and clearly. He added the proper amount of scripture and reverence to the service. I highly recommend Eickenhorst it's privately owned and operated so no big corporation behind it pushing hard sales tactics that take advantage of one in their time of grief.
