Let me start off by saying how professional this place was. I can not speak highly enough of Ms. Rebecca Coker and for all she did for my father's funeral. Let's be honest ...who really wants to go to a funeral hone, no one right. She made sure I didn't miss anything that I needed to take care of, again very efficient and very caring. She also took the time to follow up with me after the funeral as well. On that note I would also like to add that Mr. Mike Welch and Mr. Jason Landsman were amazing as well. These two gentlemen bent over backwards for me and were very accommodating with any request that I had. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of at all. We were so grateful for the above and beyond service that brought our family peace during the final arrangements for our beloved brother. The director Michael explained the steps necessary filling out documents online for us, and since we chose to have our brother cremated, walked is through the steps. I highly recommend Eickenhorst. When my husband became ill, I set up everything online prior to his passing. When he did pass away at home, they arrived within 30 minutes to take my husband. They were extremely compassionate and understanding and professional. I was kept up to date on everything that was in process like the status of death certificates, status of his cremation and when everything would be completed.
