I was initially told they had been mailed, yet there was no tracking number available. After I continued to follow up, it suddenly appeared that they were only then being prepared for shipment. To make matters worse, the post office advised that the mailing card had not even been properly completed to identify who the package was from. During a time when families are grieving and relying on a funeral provider for guidance, compassion, and clear communication, this experience was extremely disappointing. I expected much better organization, follow-through, and care.
