(see below) We've had several contractors work on this shower over the years, but nothing has stood the test of time. And nothing has looked as good as it does now. First, they back up their work forever. And it gets past on to the next home owner without cost. Second, the price was quite reasonable. Third, they make sure they please their customers. In every aspect, they asked what we wanted and we got it. Forth, wow what they did to ensure longevity! We absolutely believe this shower will never ever leak again. Fifth, everyone was great to work with, even the crew. Sixth, the crew! We'll ask for them by name next time we need them. They are Kirvyn Bravo and Walter Ramos. Finally, the finish - after completion, the drain backed up during the shower's first use. AAT&R sent a plumber out right away. We had a cracked drain pipe at the clean out we didn't know about! Probably didn't show until now because we now have better shower drain water flow??? IDK. But, definitely not AAT&R. But we only had to pay for the repair! Yes, we will use them again, probably without getting other quotes. We believe in them that much. Highly recommended!

Now I'm down $1,000 after he was SO confident that would fix the problem, and I still need to resolve the issue myself. So I'm down $1,000 - with a still leaking ceiling. If you want some advice, don't go through with this business. It seems that the general maintenance is their way of making a quick buck and using that as a general solution for all problems, even if it won't solve the problem you're facing! They did a rushed, sloppy inspection and refused to look inside for hidden damage. They promised a video and a detailed estimate via email, but it has been a month and they have ghosted my emails. They hold your storm damage photos hostage to pressure you into a contract. Find an honest local contractor instead. Total bait-and-switch scheme! This company advertises a 'Free Estimate' to get their foot in your door. But once they inspect the storm damage, they hold the estimate, photos, and videos hostage. They refuse to send the paperwork via email unless you meet them in person to sign a binding contract. A real free estimate doesn't require a signed contract. They are dishonest, shady, and unprofessional. Avoid them!

These guys really saved us today. We have a very large awning over our driveway/carport that has…read morebeen slowly pulling away from its attachment at the side of our house over the past month. I thought it might collapse soon. We talked to a few contractors, but no one seemed interested or had enough expertise to reattach this. It seemed like a difficult job. Then I called Gulf Coast and they were awesome. I sent them photos and they immediately said they could do the job and arranged a perfect day and time for us. They sent a crew over this morning, managed by a very knowledgeable and capable young man named, I think, Boris (I might have the name wrong). He looked it over, explained their plan, and they did the job perfectly in about an hour. The awning is now very securely reattached. And for an excellent price. Every so often you find on Yelp a company with extremely high competence, easy to communicate with, and with very reasonable pricing. Gulf Coast is a perfect example of this. Could not recommend them more highly!
