So, after waiting 1 hour after the scheduled time, I send a text message asking if they were still coming. 3. After waiting 2 hours I decided to give them a call. I tried again 3 three hours later with the same results. 4. No replies to my text even 24 hours later. 5. As of this writing 72 hours after the first text message, I have not received any replies to text and phone calls. Bluebird was very different--you could tell they knew what they were talking about, cared about irrigation systems, and wanted to help me do what I wanted. Bluebird was professional and organized and came and left when they said they would. My system is 12 years old and has had some less than satisfactory hacks--and it needed work. Bluebird wasn't cheap but they were upfront about everything, presented estimates for the needed work in stages so I could fit the work to my budget--and explained clearly what they were doing and why. They also made some changes at the end for free when the water wasn't quite doing what I wanted done. I will hire them for yearly evaluations and call them if I need additional work.
